cant be doing with another three day headache....had loads of headaches recently :/
i really need to get off my mac, get my clothes ready for tomorrow, sew my elastics onto my ballet shoes, get my jim jams on, ring my mummy and get to sleep....ok turning mac off...................NOW!!! might post....i nearly said tweet (twitter addict!!) from my bb shortly but if not sweams for now

i need major help from someone thats brainy....
As part of my project i need to find rehearsal space....where it has the * on the price and the * at the bottom where it says *All prices are exclusive of 17.5% VAT...what does it mean? Does it mean the VAT has already been included in the price or i need to add it on?

It clearly means all prices are exclusive VAT, so you have to add VAT.
Companies always calculate prices exclusive VAT, because the VAT has to be paid by the 'end' consumer. On an invoice to comsumers and companies 'inside' a country (eg. within the UK), VAT must always be added. On an invoice between companies in different countries, there's no VAT.
(Thats the Belgian law, but I think it's pretty much the same in the UK)
