Hey folks, hope you are all well. I've recently had a couple of visions and wanting to know what's you's think they mean. I have my own thoughts on them but wanting other ppls thoughts too. The first one was when I was drifting off to sleep I suddenly jumped and had a vision of the big nail going into Jesus' hand, could only see the hand and the nail, I jumped so bad lol. The second was when I was praying with a group of ppl in church and visioned myself moving toward a far away light, I wasn't walking, it was like I was moving forward with a flat escalator type path under my feet that moved me along. Any thoughts on these would be appreciated or if the lord has given you a prophetic word please let me know, thanks in advance

The first one I have no idea, usually God will at least give me an idea of what certain dreams and visions mean but in that one I don't hear him say anything about it the second one is obvious your moving towards Jesus who is the light of the world.

The reason you weren't walking it is because it's not about you walking towards him rather it's about him drawing you to him

Thanks Blain, I thought the same about the second one, the first one I'm not so sure of, maybe he was just reminding me of the sacrifice

He did suffer the wrath we have on our heads, its always a good reminder to remember what He did for us.

Let it encourage your faith and desire to guide others to Him.

Yes yeraza, great that you mentioned about encouraging others as I put my hand up in church tonight to be prayed over to go out and encourage people.. when I got home I'd received a text from someone needing encouragement

Mimi can I ask you how often you have these visions and what they are mainly about? I have met only a few people here in cc who have visions and dreams from God and he gives me them a lot nearly daily actually however it's hard to find someone to talk to about them and to learn and grow from them

Only recently Blain, I've been praying for the Holy Spirit to guide me and strengthen me so maybe that's why I got them. It's really building my faith up as I went through a wilderness period for a few months but I perservered. I'm excited to see what else God has in store for me, I know he wants me to do something but I'm not sure exactly what it is yet, when I pray and ask him I just hear 'Faith' nothing else.. but Im not sure what that means, maybe it means I need to build my faith up more before he shows me.. all a learning curve for me but enjoying it, if you can make anything of that please let me know :)

I'm from Northern Ireland, brought up in a church that doesn't really teach you about the Holy Spirit but I now go to an Elim church and they teach a lot about Holy Spirit..

I hate to say it but I think the first one might mean that in order to fulfill the work God wants you to do you are going to have to suffer pain just like Jesus did (but probably not as much, but IDK).

That could be it, thanks for replying. Any pain will be worth it :)
