Underlined in red... occupy?
It's THEIR (The Jew's) Homeland...

Don't you occupy your own home?

Sorry if I really don't understand why this is a question. But I really don't understand.

I would like to do this some time but feel like the usual tours would end up just being tourist traps. There is so much that the consensus view gets wrong.

For example, the "Temple Mount" area is actually the Roman encampment known as the Fortress Antonia. The actual Temple site was to the southeast in the City of David area. Many other famous sites have "tourist" versions that are not Biblically accurate. I would want to do a lot of research before going, and probably not take a canned tour.

As another example... Mount Sinai is not in the Sinai Peninsula. It's in Arabia as the Scriptures say. Amazing what history has forgotten... perhaps intentionally because many people would be more awake if they could see proof of the reality of the Biblical accounts.

Do an image search on "Jebel al Lawz" to see what I mean. It's the real Mount Sinai site in Saudi Arabia.

The context of the word is correct...

The Palestinians are the liars... that area is not their homeland nor is it the country of their ethnicity. Palestinians are genetically from everywhere but there. They are Egyptian, Tunisia, Saudi, Persia, and etc...the Jews are unique with their ancestry in that area.

They actually set up a half built ship and claimed it was Noah's ark. Sold amulets and bracelets out of wood.

Just saying...it's not like they don't know what they are doing.

Ummmm
There are ruins of buildings and reconstructed ruins. The Jews know the history of their homeland. They know what everyone has done to their land. Jewish people are hardwired with a dispensation of favor for their land. You can't change geography.
You can't change the Jordan River.
You also can't change the weather.

Of course there are churches everywhere to preserve the sites mentioned in scripture and they have made tourist places for the tourists...that's to be expected. Who knows where all the trinkets come from...it doesn't matter anyway.

But Hebron glass is a recognized commodity. Google it up and see. They still make glass to this day. Hand blown glass can't be faked in a factory. Sure they use natural gas and propane today...but the tradition of craftsmanship is handed down one generation to the next. Olive trees still grow everywhere.

These were the things I was interested in. Elisha's cave as well as Elijah's cave. Mt. Carmel hasn't moved. Nor has EnGedi.
The Temple Mount is usually not that busy. Church of the Holy Sepulchre is though. Just don't start any fights by moving the chair.

It's THEIR country...their home. I'm a visitor so I'm respectful of what THEY have made of the place. Of course I expect that they had touristed it up. They need to for the millions of visitors. St. Peter's fish is grown in a hatchery...but don't expect to find a coin in it's mouth. It's served cooked. Pretty good too.

The british were originally going to give the Jews TANZANIA as a home for them. ?! They were so desperate to be rid of the Jewish ppl.

palestianians might be arabians etc and living there going way back to the time of Esau, if they can prove their ancestry though God wanted to bless his descendants as well, they did not get the same blessing as Jacob of course. But they shouldnt fight the Israelis they should just share the land and recognise and respect the Israelis legit claim IMHO.

I dont know how they will do that though. Unless another country wants to take them all in as refugees, how are they then going to say well palestine is its own country...when it never was a united entity. People might be waiting a looong time for their 'enemies' to die out.

The brits just seemed to create another problem really, move people away, whearas Hitler tried to exterminate them all.

The Palestinians keep claiming they have been displaced from their homeland by the Jews...

And that's only if it's the Jews fault by Jews living in their home countries of Turkey, Tunisia, UAE, Jordan, Syria, Iraq, Iran, and etc. The Palestinians aren't from Israel...never were.

The few Arabs that actually lived in Israel were absorbed as citizens a long time ago. The Palestinians don't want peace...they want Israel and every Jew shoved into the ground after giving up all their money.

The Jewish people are harsh when dealing with the Palestinians but they do have their reasons. But they can't even get a modicum of respect from any of the Moslems...
As in recognizing that they exist.

The two peace deals that Trump got done for Israel were groundbreaking and earth shaking...and he got no credit for them.

There's two Moslem nations that now recognize Israel's existence...which is making Mohammed a false prophet. And is the end of the Moslem religion.

they are only displaced if the Jews were actually knocking down their dwellings (not tents) that they had owned for years. Jews forgot that God actually exiled the Israelites from the promised land...because they HAD disobeyed and broke the covenant and therefore lost the land. That God is now giving second chances is a miracle but also comes across as political arm twisting....what about the people that already lived there and had nowhere else to go.

so of course ....there were going to be people living there..and shock horror muslims that came AFTER the birth of christianity. Esp in Gaza strip.

What are they meant to do? send them packing?

When Hindu India was partitioned into moselm Pakistan so many peope died crossing the borders it real mess of international relations. I dont know if they were even given time to prepare.

At least with something like the Hong Kong handover from the British to China they knew they only had a hundred year lease on the island which ended in Nineteen ninety seven arrg for some reason my ipad keyboard doesnt have numerals. . Those that didnt want to stay left before then.

then they had a one country two systems appraoch but now that China is a majority and Hong Kong not they not going to stand a chance for those that dont want to be absorbed back into China.

even in my own city, which was amalgamated into the greater city, we wanted to keep our own separate districts as it worked better for our communities instead of one big one controlled centrally by bureuacrats in wellington. But we had to deal with the loss as it was amalgamated though we had gains at least we did not go to war over it. So it depends on how it is done...going from what 8 mayors down to 1 was a huge change.

But if they bring religion into it and lanaguage barriers then what are they meant to do, fight until the death? so stupid

Those who lived in the area before 1948 and shortly after were not run off. They were welcomed to stay and be a part of Israel. Israel wanted the residents...and the Arabs have loved having the Jews as a government. There was nothing there before.... even in Gaza.

Its the "Palestinians" that Yasser Arafat brought with him that has caused all the strife. That and Israel's ongoing fights with Egypt over the Suez Canal.

Those "Palestinians" aren't really Palestinians....they are political refugees of their own making from everywhere in the middle east except for Israel. Israel was a barren wasteland before Israel became a nation. Nobody much lived there. The Jews had been buying the property there for hundreds of years.

When the UN formed Israel in 1948 the Jews came in droves from all over the world. Out of every nation. I remember when the Russians gave up their Jews during the heights of the cold war in the '70's. The Jews mostly came from Russian prisons for being religious. They all were crying because they were not only free but welcomed profusely and heralded as heroes.

The Jews themselves have done everything possible to welcome everyone. But that wasn't good enough for Yasser Arafat who wanted money and power. He used the Moslem religion to promote his agenda and the Moslem prophecy concerning Israel never existing again to wage their battle against Israel.
Yasser Arafat never cared about Israel's existence or non-existent. He was solely interested in fighting for money and power.

Gaza wont be able to survive without Israel anyway. They wont have water...or rubbish collection, or access to food. They'll probably all defect to Israel eventually. Israel wont need to do anything drastic. Just treat them with kindness. But thats the test.

when you live with a bully or enemy, they'll keep on harassing you for a reaction. If you just totally ignore them and leave them alone to get on with their own feelings of resentment they are really just jealous but its a long haul winning them over.

Yasser Arafat lied a LOT. Every time he spoke English he was lying.

His group remains though.

And I'm going to blame Israel for some of this. If they didn't start the fuss over the Suez Canal with Egypt... Yasser Arafat never would have stood a chance. It actually gave credence to Yasser's claims about Israel's desire to rule the world. Nobody actually liked him and his group of "Palestinians" on the international stage. The name "Palestinians" only was adopted AFTER they moved into the areas taken from Jordan and Egypt by Israel. Before that they had several different names depending on what nation they were in.

But yeah...they are the troublemakers. They infiltrated Hamas...which actually is a charitable organization similar to the United Way. After infiltrating they developed the terrorist wing of Hamas that is so widely known about. They also infiltrated every mosque to control the messages to a more radical form of Islam. (It didn't have far to go either)

So...
They have been successful at perpetrating lies within lies. At least three layers deep. It has become a model for modern politicians today.

Most politicians today don't "touch money"...but somehow their children coming fresh out of college are multimillionaires and yet live like broke college students? How does that work?

Just saying.

There's truth there but the WHOLE truth is something different than what people are seeing.

Now to take some back...

Not all of those living in Palestinian areas are Palestinians or even Arabs...or even Moslem.

Israel is a rich nation. It's also very expensive to live there. Plus some things like alcohol, tobacco, gambling and pork products are not really welcome in Israel. Plus housing is really really expensive.

So many people with skills have moved to the area to work in Israel but live in the less expensive Palestinian territory. Israel enjoys the cheap labor too. It's very difficult to be a Christian in Moslem controlled areas. Nevermind the drugs, prostitution, and other trades in the neighborhood that the Jews support financially.
None of those things can exist in Israel proper... Israel is a police state. Way too many police officers and self-righteous snitches.

Israel can do what is necessary to fix the situation. But they don't.

They can close those borders and keep them closed. In five years there won't be any "Palestinians" left on the other side.

Did you go to the Dead sea?
a friend was talking about it the other day, how everyone floats. I am not sure why salt makes you float I supoose I can look it up

But I would feel funny about floating in the Dead sea. I would be thinking of everyone that died in it.

When the Bible says...and there was no more sea, was it meaning that sea was dead or what.

I recall some salesperson trying to flog Israeli dead sea salt cosmetics at the mall, for big bucks. I do t know how that salt is much different from using ordinary salt. I supoose its kosher...but if its DEAD sea salt how good can it be?

I didn't go to the Dead Sea to bathe.
And it isn't table salt that is in it... you don't want to put that salt on your food. And cleaning up and showering after floating in the water is necessary...but there aren't any showers out there.

But the salt makes it much easier to float.

Take an egg and two identical glasses of water. Mix a LOT of salt in one of the glasses. Then watch the difference.
