What makes homosexuality so bad?

At least Demi was open enough to actually LISTEN to people regarding her dealings with the occult. She was willing to be shown the way to the Lord. Maydanna, on the other hand, had and has absolutely no intention at all of changing her mind about homosexuality not being harmful. She is delusional, deceived, and all we can do is pray for her. At least Demi has clear, wide open eyes to see. Maydanna's eyes are open, and they see, but she refuses to take off the dark glasses she is wearing..

Yet the way I talked to her, is what woke me up from hating every man I see on the street. I had more than enough rejection from people in forums etc. God himself spoke to me to decide, and I did. Thats why I am here today.
Yet when it came to issues like hating men and keeping up doing stuff and keeping resentment.. People had to pretty much kick my bum for me to wake up and start thinking. I was blind to love. I liked it but every loving attemt was blocked. Shaking me by my shoulders was the only way for me.. because thats what made me think.

right there though i have one question, did you know God yet? from the second part i assume you did, and the only way to wake up to Him and sin consciousness is to know who He is first, and that only comes from knowing who Christ is.

I knew him as a little child.(not the way I know him now tho..but I knew him).when I was like 8yrs old I rebuked a catholic priest telling him Jesus is risen.. Then when I was around 12 I slipped into the occult through my father and the circumstances. so you knew Him as a youth, had a personal experience with Him and chose Him, and then people corrected you on you thinking towards men?

Well after I came back to Christ I needed a LOT of correction. I hated men after my father (biological) forsaking me and sexually and in many other ways abusing me. It took people (non christian they were) yelling at me and grabbing me by my shoulders to get me to think

That's exactly the thing with Maydanna, though. She knows the Lord, she kept reiterating that.. But she rejects what he says about homosexuality.. Not about all sin, but that one in particular. From her own admission, she knows the bible well. However, I don't think she cared to give or receive verses, she just wanted to flaunt her defiant attitude.

We DID plant the seed that Jesus loves her, sin and all. We also planted the seed that He will NOT tolerate being made a mockery of. We planted the seed that unless she repents of her lifestyle, she WILL go to hell. All these seeds were planted in her, and we can only hope that they will flourish and bloom.

yes and she said she knows him but she rejects what he says.

said she knows Him and knowing Him are different. all her post showed a shallow, social religious knowledge of Him, not personal.

the homosexuality issue sure riles up Christians.
what about murder/abortion/lying/theft.etc

when a preacher is sent by Christ and preaches Christ, they shall hear Christ, when they hear Christ they have the choice to believe Christ, when they believe Christ they will call on Him, and when they call on Christ and confess Him they will be saved.

if we plan out every word we say to someone in unbelief we plant the seeds of Belief which give birth to a true faith in Jesus Christ. no matter how many times the seed must be planted, or how long it takes, we must continue in spreading the Gospel.

We can spread the gospel, but we can't make people hear it. Maydanna hears it, but she doesn't want to listen. And we can't force her to listen, because she honestly believes that her lifestyle isn't harmful. It's like when I'm here on CC, but have youtube open on another tab. I hear the show being played, but because I'm occupied with something else, I have no idea what's been said.. lol

And so it is with Maydanna..and every other sinner who refuses to hear the truth. It would be awesome if God could give us a stupid slap to wake us up, but that's not how he works, or we'd ALL be saved.. lol

You've been on this forum too long to be asking this question...We're not soft on abortion either (did you see that pastor thread, for one?), and nobody ever comes on here trying to push the claim that murder, lying, and theft are harmless and that the Bible is wrong on them.

I'm so tired of people acting like Christians are hung up on homosexuality and overlook other sins, when homosexuality is the only sin where the efforts to make people accept it are pointedly focused at Christians in particular. If you ask me, homosexuals are hung up on Christians and overlook other people.

I do hope she will come to her senses and know the truth. But she's so rebellious and blinded, I doubt that will happen.
