I would use my bright white under shirt(not necessary just where it for looks)to reflect sunlight in the eyes of the zombies,or make random bonfires out of my hair or grass on the ground to either stave them off or melt them,use the buttons from my normal shirt to use as darts or bullets for whatever natural resources I could find to shoot them with,use my rarely used high pitch scream voice in tunnels or enclosed areas or my roar voice to disorient the zombies and just basically keep those things in mind and keep fighting.

The thing about this scenario is that the shoe might be on the other foot and someone else is contemplating whether or not to kill one person that was unknown to cure all cancer. Hopefully, you're not the unknown person. If I had to make the choice I would say no.

I have fainted before, and it leaves me extremely embarassed. I apologize profusely for causing distress.

This is going to sound silly, but it depends on the humidity and whether or not there is a breeze. I suppose if it is not too humid and there is a breeze, then 90 is too hot.
