Jamon iberico....I got HOOKED on that stuff in Spain...unfortunately you can't bring it back to the US I found a place that imports it in Miami....worth it for special occasions. I didn't know ham could taste THAT good
Bag of sweat chilli Thai chicken crisps and currently waiting for a chinese takeaway. Chicken in black bean source, extra mushrooms, egg fried rice, spring rolls and prawn crackers.
Oven-baked sliced potatoes with a Mediterranean sauce based on olive oil and paprika powder, rosemary, thyme, pepper & salt. Added some tomatoes and an onion. Mmm.

When I was first searching, I had just eaten a vegan chocolate mousse cup with berries
Similar to the above image, but it also had raspberries and blackberries as well
Then I ate a huge ambrosia apple
I had a late dinner of 1/3 pizza with bocconcini and cherry tomatoes
Open-faced Hot Turkey Sandwich: Fresh roasted turkey, apple sage stuffing and turkey gravy over grilled sourdough bread. Served with fresh mashed potatoes. Need to use up those leftovers from Thanksgiving.

Leftover thanksgiving turkey is great especially I like to cut up the leftover turkey pieces and use A1 or BBQ sauce with sourdough bread to make a quick sandwich mmmmhmmm delicious....
