At the moment of writing this thread it is 23 degrees celcius, was a bit showery earlier but I went outside to hang the laundry after work and could feel the sun burning my neck. So a sunny warm day in Auckland New Zealand perfect with a little breeze at 5.37 pm Tues 13 Dec 2022.

It's 0 c (32 f) here in the cornfield of Indiana. Dark, damp and overcast but not terrible for this time of year. (Hurry spring).

what? I usually hang the washing out around 9 or before 10 oclock to make the most of the day and sunshine rather than do it after work at 5:37 pm!

Also it has been up to 29 degrees celcius in my part of Auckland...you must be on the shady side.

Spain is having a lot of flooding from central Spain west all the way to Lisbon, Portugal. Here on the East Coast it is 23 C. , cloudy with a nice breeze, so I am not about to complain.

It's - 1 C, here in N Ireland, had a bit of snow a day or two ago, absolutely miserable, how I'd love a week of sun with 30 C....

We've had a full week of 70's here in south Texas. And that's fine by me. Anything north of Mexico is too cold for me!

I used to live where it can be extremely hot in the summer and extremely cold in the winter :) And the people there would mock me for the lame weather NZ apparently has. "You call that cold!?" 🤣 It was so cold that I got used to seeing icicles in peoples noses. 😲
I love the NZ summer tho, but the older I get the more I am looking for shade. I cant lay out and burn like I used to. So a week where I can swap my summer for your winter would be pretty idyllic right now. No snow where I am atm so will have to take all the young kids to snow planet for an artificial snowwy christmas :)

Icicle noses! Now that's cold! Our average high in August here is 99. I find that the older I get, the more I dislike the extremes. Temps in the 100's are terribly uncomfortable, but super cold brings pain! Lol
I wonder how many of us would like to live in perfect weather. (I would.) Subjective, I'm sure. What's perfect?
