Many so called Christians think they have it made in the shade, little do they know, it is they who feel above the non Christian, it is ego talking to them
. They preach without understanding themselves and try to change others who don't think as they do. overiy pious. the imposter within. Many are turned off by those who call themselves Christians. They read about God but don't now him.

In your profile, you list Romans 1:15 as favorite verse.........I suppose you could start there to find the answer:
Romans 1:15) So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.

I think people will know if i am not a merciful person and i am trying to tell them about the scriptures and talking about all the things i won't do.
If i show mercy when/if i recognize their faults,and be sincere in a truth for there best interest.They would be more trusting of me.

look around these forums for the answer. LEGALISTS is why people hate christians. We have so called christians condemning everything from make-up, spongebob, narnia, harry potter, and pork to christian music, holidays, hairstyles, and dog food commercials. Why would anyone want to be like or associate with that?

I saw a video of a man and his 2 year old daughter being beaten by a mob because they were Christians. Pulled from their house and publically mauled. Anyone who thinks fake Christians and legalists are responsible for these acts needs to look at their bible and see that this is predicted. And its not the fault of false Christians or legalists. Its because we live in a world full of sin, and we have an enemy that seeks to destroy us and Gods message. That is the Real reason.
Sadly, however, there are always those who blame the Church, Christians, and anyone who differs from their ideology. The world HATED Jesus...........guess Jesus was to blame........

Jesus told his followers at John 15:18-20 – If the world hates you, you know that it hated me before it hated you. If you were part of the world, the world would be fond of what is its own. Now because you are no part of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, for this reason the world hates you.

Many people have had negative experiences with Christians in the past (including other Christians), and so have learned to put up a wall of protection when they hear that somebody is one. They need to learn that there are kind Christians out there too who want to help without doing more harm than help.
Yup, 'tis true, they go around judging other Christians talking about how other Christians are this or that, or aren't living Christ like, and such......these so-called Christians really annoy me..........sigh......
