Won't you join me for a Month of Thankfulness?

Thank you Lord Jesus for teaching me to pick my battles.

Thank you Lord Jesus for providing for my daily needs when there wasn't an earthly means.

Thank you Lord Jesus for teaching me that the past is dead and gone, the future doesn't exist yet and today is more than enough to keep me busy.

Hebrews 8:10) For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:
11 .) And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest.
12 .) For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.

Thank you Lord Jesus for showing me that I am nothing more than dust with out You.

Thank you Lord Jesus for giving me the sense to learn from past mistakes.

Heavenly Father, I thank You for this day and all that it will bring. I thank you for all things Lord. I ask that You guide me in Your will and not my own. Lord, I ask for Your forgivness for the sins I have committed against you and I ask that You give me Your strength to keep myself free of sin this day. I face a long trip this morning and I ask, Lord, that you keep me safe along the road. I ask that You keep my son safe on his trip home. This day will change my life in many ways and I ask You, My Father in Heaven, to use me for Your purposes in the days ahead. I know not where this road leads me Lord, but I trust that You are guiding my steps and my ways. I ask that You give me the strength and patience to get through this day. If by Your will I reach my destination, I ask that You show me Your purpose for the great changes You have made in my life. You called Abraham to leave his home and kept him in all that he did so I trust that You will do the same for me, for You are no respector of any person over another. I trust this day into Your hands and all the days that I have here on this earth I give to You. I trust that You have a plan and a purpose for sending me to the place where I may serve you in more ways than ever before. I thank You Lord for taking all fear from me so I can accomplish what You put before me to do. I thank You for giving me Your strength to let go of a miserable fruitless past so I can take hold of a purposeful future. I thank You for guiding my steps these past months in answer to my prayer to keep my hands free of wickedness and my tongue from speaking evil. I have slipped many times but Your forgivness is beyond understanding. You brought Joseph out of bondage and used him for great and mighty works. I trust that you have a mighty work ahead for me to accomplish. I know that You use the weak and foolish things of this world to confound the wise and I am surely weak and foolish. I ask Lord that You increase my faith so that I can move the mountains you set before me. Show me Your will this day and keep all thoughts of evil from me. Cleanse my heart and mind and soul from all wickedness. I thank You Lord Jesus for all You have done for me from the day of my birth until this day that lies ahead. I trust that You will keep me in Your hands and no one can take me from You. If I die this day, Lord, I know that I will be present with You in Heaven and I have no fear. You have taken me through the valley and to the top of each mountain. I have spent enough time on the mountain top and another is waiting on the other side of the valley. As I walk through yet another valley I fear no evil for Thou art with me. There isn't much to do on a mountain top anyway, the real work is in the valley. I thank You Lord for all things good and bad for I know that all things are of You, by You and for Your purpose. I ask these things and give thanks in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior. He died for me and now He lives for me and all who believe on His name. Amen.

Sounds great. Just i do not use fb and twitter. But i wish i could be thankful everyday

Nor do I..............and the GOOD NEWS is...........you don't have to use FaceBook or Twitter to be thankful EVERY DAY!

A sincere prayer of thanksgiving is what He seeks..........

Hebrews 12:28) Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear: 29 .) For our God is a consuming fire.

Thank you Lord Jesus for your guidance, protection, mercy and forgivness.

Thank you Lord Jesus for strengthening my faith day by day.

Good idea! Paul in both Philippians 4 and 1 Thessalonians 5 links thankfulness with joyfulness and prayer.

Thank you Lord Jesus for showing me that being thankful is such a wonderful thing to be. It changes everything.

Thank you Lord Jesus for opening the eyes and ears of my heart.

I'm reminded of the verse in Acts, which speaks of 'Lydia, whose heart the Lord opened'.
