First car was a 1965 Mustang convertible I bought for $250.00 ended up paying $300.00 because I got a bank loan for a year and paid $25.00 a month....

Mine was a pumpkin-orange 4-door 1971 Datsun 510 with a bad (noisy) starter... Uncool meets embarrassing. It transported me to university for several years. One day the head gasket failed, so the exhaust spewed heavy fog every time I stopped at a light. It got a new gasket, and then it got a new owner.

Just got a Ninja 1000...never grow old :)
Wow, Ninja 1000 is fun to ride. Ninjas are a good bike.

I have a Ninja 650R, fours years now, still going strong.

My other "car", is a road bike, which I used more often for work.

I would hope so... only four years. My goldwing is 25 years old, and will run off and leave 50% of the bikes I see... and just about every Harley.

Yeah baby, cruise on!
This is my second Goldwing. When my wife got on the back of my first one, she actually fell asleep within thirty miles.

I got my first car after I had been out of high school 2 years. I lived at home and saved my money and paid cash for a brand new 1976 Chevy Camaro, silver with black interior and 3 on the floor. I absolutely loved Camaros. The only new car I ever owned.

I didn't buy my first car until I was about 25.

I've never owned a car... But I like to think my first car will be something like this.

My first car was a 1980 Honda CVCC:

It was silver and rust... the rust was an added feature. :)

My first bike was a Honda Trail 90 when I was 14. I had it till I bought the car above at 17. It was on that bike I realized that I am an excellent passenger on a bike but not so much a driver. I've ridden on the back of many a bike, and sure miss it.

Tell us about your first car.

My first car was a 1949 Chevy just like the one pictured here.
I bought it in 1959 when I was 15 for $125.
My dad worked for the local Ford dealer and it was a trade in for a new Ford.
It was a one owner with 38,000 miles and looked new.
The dealer let my dad have it for what he had invested in it.
