By the way, if you decide to ingest them, start off with only one drop. And even though in time your body will adjust to them (our cells love them) I would not ingest more then a drop or two at a time.
If you do ingest more then a drop or two at a time', its not like your going to have to go to the hospital, but you may feel queasy for a hour or two, and/or have diarrhea with your next movement.

I'm trying to find a natural relief for my arthritis and I read somewhere that certain essential oils can be rubbed into the skin and some are super helpful in a bath and/or in a compress. It wasn't very specific as to what essential oils helped what.
==================================

one of the most important things that I have found in my journey for a better or a hopefully
less-painful-life, is Tea Tree Oil'==research it and discover by your own trials and errors what
will work for you...we pray that this wonderful-natural-remedy will help you in various ways,,,

Essential oils can definitely be helpful for arthritis. My mom could tell you that.
But even before that, I would tell you to get ALL of the glutton, and diary, and most of the corn out of your diet.
Get ALL tjhe processed foods out of your diet. Limit your animal protein intakes to 3 times a week.
Buy the protelytic enzymes Vida Defense and use them as directed.

As far as the essential oils, use these. You can buy them separate and make your own blend.
I would recommend purchasing only from Young Living or Dottera.
Basil, Lavander, Lemongrass, Helichrysum, Peppermint, White Fir, Balsam Fir, Vetiver, Cypress, and Eucalyptus Globulus.
Those are the oils I sent my mom. I mixed them into two 15 mil bottles.
Her diet is better then the average American, but not nearly as good as what I suggested to you.
She ingests about a drop from each bottle once or twice a day. She also applies it topically. It took about 6 weeks until she saw a difference. She said it is about anywhere from around 60% to 80% better.
I suspect if she improved her diet she would have even a higher rate.
The oils are not cheap. The 10 oils I mentioned are about $380 or so. Nine of them are about $200, but Helichrysum is about $200 by itself.
They would probably last for about 6 months or so if you use them the same way my mom is.
Using just about any other brand, or buying cheaper oils from other companies (and I am saying there may be one or two or three other companies out there who sell the quality as YL or Doterra, which means the oils will work in a medicinal way) will probably produce NO results.[/

Oh, aren't they expensive! There must be other... as someone said, the Lord provides for both those who can afford and those who haven't. It's something like those big, juicy fishes the rich can afford, and the small, dried but tasty anchovies for the cant affords. Have u tried trace or concentrated mineral drops? These are pure minerals from the salt lakes or the dead sea, sans the sodium I think. Try to explore, but it is just minerals wc ppl are lacking sometimes wc cause trouble for us physically to some extent. instead of medication, it is food body or parts of the body needs so... I do not know how 'popular' it is there.

Actually the diet is the key. And the key to that is what you leave out. So it is a diet people with less financial resources can do. The issues with it are if the person believes it can help, and then if they can actually do it. Then there is also societal and family pressure, especially when they see you lose weight, and when the detox weakens you for a time.
