I'm a loner by design. I sometimes get bored or lonesome, but then all I have to do is head back to my church and be treated like a non-entity or go and visit my dysfunctional family in order to be all right with my solitude again.

we hear you, The_Wanderer,

how unfortunate this is and how unfortunate that many, many people can
identify with what you have stated.

but how fortunate we are to have a Father who will hold us close
and comfort us with His ever present love and forgiving grace.
the pain we feel in our lives is really nothing compared to
the pain He felt and bore for us, and the pain He feels
for us when we suffer from the world's tragedies.

He has made a way for us to deal with our breaking or grieving hearts,
we have to trust in Him and believe that He will handle everything in
His way and in His own time.

What is the way for us to deal with our breaking or grieving hearts? God hasn't shown me this through His people, that's for sure.

ROMANS 1:1.
Paul a bond servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, SEPARATED to the gospel of God.

the word 'separated' says it all, the fact is, the more 'Spiritual' you become, the more the
world will exclude you.
we know that the 'carnal-man' cannot understand the 'Spiritual man', so this we do -
we live in The Spirit, we 'Walk in The Spirit', and we keep our mind on 'Spiritual Things'.
if we do this, we draw nearer to God and here is where we take comfort and solace,
for we can take no comfort in the world or the things in the world because they
don't exist for the Spiritually Minded;
our Father continually teaches us this, to seek nothing from the world but to be
the friend of God and if we do this, we stay in the 'will of God' as humble servant,
and so, The Lord, Jesus Christ, becomes our very Best Friend:
because of this, He guides us, He protects us, He forgives us, and He gives us
understanding into the deeper things of God.

You answered with:

Please read things a little more carefully.
