Billy, please forgive me for the delay in answering you? ♥
i totally understand that too much fiber doesn't go well with some digestive systems.
i'm not good at mandating things for other people (not my job! lol).
but i think diet experts would suggest cutting back to one sandwich?
or eating the contents without the bread?
and, as much as i dislike suggesting it...skip the ice cream?
i found it easier to lose weight by omitting sugar altogether. (but i did NOT like it. haha!)
i think i would also replace the diet coke with water...
isn't coke kinda high in sodium? (i really am unsure, but you could check the label)
oh, Billy, the Lord Jesus loves you very dearly.
hoping a little reminder might serve as an encouragement.
love,
ellie

Sodium is not an issue because my seizure depletes my sodium.
Agree about ice cream.
Fiber is necessary for my lower digestive track. I am exploring a low or non calorie source.
With a 1.5 liter restriction on liquid intake, I am trying to replace the diet soda with coffee and water. I've tried water alone, and it's difficult to stop at 1.5 liters. Before my sodium level started dropping, I drank about 3 liters of water a day. It's a day to day struggle, but with God's help, I'm going to find a happy medium.
Do you have any alternatives for breakfast and lunch?
Do you have any info on an exercise program for those of us who have problems with chronic joint pain? My doctor said that my activity level should increase substantially when I get my calorie intake down to 1200 and maintain that level.
I really appreciate your advice.
Love
Billy
