Hi, everyone. I've just discovered this board. I've no plans for this New Year's Eve, and thought I might try something new. I am a senior Christian woman. I was visiting my son and his family in upstate New York for Christmas, and had planned to drive to Indiana to visit other relatives on Monday. However, the freezing rain caused me to change my mind and head home to sunny Florida. :) Always a smile in the sun, plus I love going to our worship services at Calvary Chapel Worship Center. I made the right choice to go south instead of west. Blessings to all for 2022.

Thank you! Yes, I am home safely in Florida. I had a very blessed Christmas with my older son and his family. God is wonderful!

My wife and I moved from Clearwater, Florida a year ago to NE Tennessee. I also lived in the Orlando area for 20 years. I miss sunny Florida too. My wife has family in Goshen Indiana. This site has been a tremendous blessing for me since I joined in March 2014 and hope that it proves to be a blessing to you too. Glad to have you as part of our family. Welcome to CC.

Thank you, tourist! I know Clearwater very well. I live in Hudson. My Indiana family is in Columbus and Salem. I love to discuss the Lord, or just to fellowship with Christ followers, so I anticipate positives from joining this site.
