Yes, that is correct regarding the name of the one forum mod

The other names you may see in Staff Online are the site owner, and the chat room mods, who have nothing to do with the forums

There is another person who has admin power to approve threads (unless that has changed),
but they have no ability to perform any other function aside from what regular members have

Is it possible to have a thread shut down? Is it possible to have a thread removed? Is it possible to have certain posts in a thread removed?

Is there a place to go that questions like these are answered?

Thank you. I found much peace through the ignore button. Hasn't bothered me a moment since. I made management aware and trust in whatever they choose to do. I would imagine their job is more than I could handle so am happy they have this site. Again Thank you for the welcome hand shake. Good to be here and already learning a lot.
