Hi again, you mentioned in your original post that when you pray, sometimes your body jerks around
and you feel like something is leaving your body, or trying to claw its way out. I was wondering if this happens to your body when engaging in some other activity or if it only reacts this way at the time when you go to pray?

I was watching a documentary on the 'Toronto Blessing" and the similarities to the 'Kundalini Spirit'. It causes a type of jerking of the Body.
Heres some information on it, theres three parts I think. But I havent watched much of it.

ive recently had delt this issue in the last wk
not of myself but of someone very close to me.. some say its 'mental health' issues sure we could blame that. but we could also rest assured knowing God can conquer all!
let me tell you of my experience.. it was indeed spiritual.
but as i continued to pray for the resolution to this God had spoken to my heart and said
"THE BATTLE IS ALREADY WON.. DONT PRAY FOR ME TO WORK IT OUT, BUT PRAY THANKING ME THAT I'VE ALREADY BEEN WORKING IT OUT"
it was a small whisper in my heart but i testify that ive never felt in more control once i changed my prayer
