hi no sis i dont meen if we talked about jesus and if we love and care our faith that it will offenf the non chrstians
what i ment is attacking others who r not chrstians like calling them bad names as (evil)or(satan)
this is what i ment

No, we don't have the right to attack others (non believers) verbally and call them names. That is not showing God's love, is it.

we should pray for them:) or tel them about jesus in love
try as much as we can to speak the truth without trying to hurt them coz that will not make them lesten to us

in response to the rest, yes many conversations here get heated, but it is not about putting others down, it is just that sometimes when people disagree, they end up choosing their words badly :) I hope you'll stick around for some friendly discussions in the bible discussion, there are many nice people here :)

I really enjoyed reading this response...

and yes...people will disagree on what is RIGHT and wrong..in all religions...

the bible is a great reference to what pleases the almighty...and..well..."men shall not lie with other men"..is one that gets..ignored...at the request of those that wish to thwart GODS NATURAL LAWS...

many ,many things happen in the "medical" feilds of research..and science,,that greatly displease the Almighty...and HIS NATURAL LAWS..

the truth will be exposed...and the GRACE and MERCY of Jesus...is what will Heal..the corruption..and perversion...and the GREEd..that has entered his churches...

Te HOLY SPIRIT will always TRIUMPH in the end..it can not..will not LOSE !!!!!!!

Oh its not of Christ to attack anyone. Many people have done many false wrong things under the name of Christianity and many other names. Sinful human nature. The truth is that Christians (Meaning follower of Jesus) are to be be IN Christ.. If people don't follow Jesus teachings, they wrongly call themselves Christians. Which is called a misrepresentation of Jesus. God cares for no labels and we can only be made right with God through Jesus and no other way, the truth as mentioned in the bible.

yeah and God has no favorites. people can call themselves wrongly Christians or catholics, protestants, etc. or any other name or label. God cares for nothing of that but that we are right with Him and live in Christ.

you are right we shouldn't down people from a different doctrine but to express Christ to them in love. It's wrong to call a sinner a sinner because a sinner knows that they are in sin, but expressing love will win their hearts.

No absolutely not. I am not a very good christian as it is, and for me to attack someone whom is atheist or of a different faith makes me a hypocrite. Does that mean I've never done such a thing? No of course not, I most certainly have and I am responsible for such. I'd like to think I am not as naive as I was then. But it is never okay to attack another just out of a sheer disliking for ones beliefs and values. Jesus said to love thy enemy and thy neighbor. Not all of our neighbors are christian, and that's something we need to keep in mind.

hmmm..what does seasoned with "salt" mean...would that be sea salt..or just ol' regular iodized salt??


if anyone could explain to me what seasoned with salt...as far as wisdom goes...how far should that salt sting.....????

those who are guilty of vixtimization...how much salt do I use???

sorry but I'm real tired of not calling a spade a spade...when it comes to DEFENDING what I believe as well...

I'm not going to pretend that homosexuality is the will of god..when the bible CLEARLY states

that it is NOT pleasing to GOD's NATURAL LAW...so...

do Ihave a right to speak that belief out??

do I get my right for what I believe to be GOOD and TRUTHFUL ???

We are not called to "attack" anyboby,but to love them as God does.A sure way to turn a person who might have been open to Christ
is to attack them! this can also drive away a new convert.By attack I don't mean a physical attack,but a spiritual one.If you attack physically or spiritually it can be a detriment to what God sent us to do.Why would we want to drive people away from salvation when we are called to
build the church and be vessels for the telling of what Jesus did for us all and what we are called to do? The scripture listed says it all! 1COR:9:14::::



1Co 9:14 Even so hath the Lord ordained that they which preach the gospel should live of the gospel.

You can't argue with this,can you!

just one more of many-

We are called to preach,not to attack.Do not think for a minute that God will not judge those who do not abide in His word!

well..I thank you for giving me the "right" to express my opinions ..and I will try to refrain from "attacking"..


perhaps this is why Jesus spoke much in parables......maybe some couldn't handle black and white truth...of sin exposed for what it was....SIN..

but then again..John the Baptist was beheaded for exposing the TRUTH about herod..and his "family"..

oh well.....I guess some of Gods men and women are meant to die a rightoues..death??

I'm sorry..but it seems to me that a very large amount of "spirit filled" christians....have been treated unjustly....


FOR TELLING THE TRUTH....

(correct me if I'm wrong on this.....but only I under the true guidance of the HOLY SPIRIT)..

perhaps prayer..sincerely to the heart of Christ..will show me..how He wants me to reveal HIS LOVE

especially for the victims...of horrendous SIN (weeps for innocent children and victims)
