Answer: No! He claims to be Pope he's not. He's not even a lawfully ordained Priest. We call him Frankenfrancis!

Answer The whole and inviolate church beginning when our Lord gave St. Peter the office up to 1958 which started the move for a Satanic council called Vatican II.
