If you’re planning to go on a date with someone special, who should pay for it?

I make a mean loaded Guacamole dip - does that count? I also make a mean Chinese food cook - happy when I pay them for food they would serve! LOL - No, but I do cook entrees well - not the desserts so much, or deserts to be more accurate - flavor wise...LOL - If Jesus came to my desserts or deserts He wouldn't be tempted at all! LOL

Does making JELLO for dessert count? Lol and OMW does that look good..i make great chimichongas!

I'd pose an answer scenario. A short time knowing the special person for the upcoming date.
Question. Posted as "Q" after this. What makes this person special?
Q: Knowing them for 2 to 3 months, where did they first meet? Q: Have they met face to face prior to the scheduled date?

Answer: I'd meet this person for that first date at the location for the date to take place. Restaurant, theater, etc...
A: I'd pre-arrange we both pay for the date.
Experience sharing here: There are some people who believe if they pay for anything on a date then their date partner owes them. That can be dangerous. That's why meeting at the date location is ideal for personal security since the person will then not know where the other person lays their head at night. When they're vulnerable to some perceived worthiness of revenge for not "paying back" their share of what their date paid for in public at the restaurant, theater, etc...

Note: If this special date is taking place with someone met on-line, absolutely take every precaution. A serial killer used Craig's List to find his victims. The Net is a very dark place.
