Need my job

Just moved from second to first shift recently and yes I need my job. But since i have got to many bosses in other words people in my same level who boss me around but if I ask for help i am bosses them around. Tire of others not helping me when i am in the cooler and they just work the warm freight but if i am working the warm freight as God is my witmess I had better help with the cool stuff are I get yell at. Not good at holding temper and have to fight it right now because one gal is really pushing my buttons.
Being at Wal-Mart I need to talk to management but don’t see it helping. Now I know why our Produce as a very high turnover.

I worked at the bakery in a Walmart and spent much miserable time in the freezer. The cooler is a lot warmer than the freezer. I don't see management helping you either. At least that how it was at the store that I worked at. I had a crushing workload, people would call out sick all of the time but management still expected the same amount of work. I was by myself all day long on a busy Sunday. This manager calls me up to stock the mini pies up front. I said I was by myself and in the middle of a bake and couldn't leave. Manager said to leave the bread in the oven and start stocking the pies. I said that there were no pies in the freezer. Manager hung up on me. I should have let the bread burn. Screw the mini pies.

I will say a prayer for God to help you in your workplace.
