Acts 2:17
And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God,
That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh;
Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,
Your young men shall see visions,
Your old men shall dream dreams.

Question: will believers on Lord Jesus Christ be provided extra help in the last days from The Holy Spirit of God Most High? Will we be given help, support, strength, perseverance, revelation, wisdom, insight, instructions, prompted to suddenly pray for someone, or divine appointments, things like this...

Second Question: should believers be fasting (those who can do so on medical grounds) more frequently these days? Should we be interceding more these days for people to believe on Christ Jesus? For breakthroughs for The Gospel to be heard and preached? For believers to be protected, provided for and delivered from anything that may be hindering them ? In light of the things happening in society. Should we continuously pray for our governments, nations, bills being passed?

I’m asking this in response to the news about the abortion bill in NYC, it’s grieved me and I realise how rapidly time could be running up. That bill aswell as it’s celebration ... smh. How long suffering God really must be.

Also read a post about technology, how that is rapidly advancing too... not for good purposes either.

... so much prophecy seems to be unfolding... so I realised how vital it is to focus on the Truth, to not have a spirit of fear, to keep watch and believing / trusting what Jesus promised. To trust in the goodness of Gods heart. To keep going on. Asking and relying on Saviour Jesus Messiah.

I also just wanted to offer some encouragement for the last days in this thread:

Hebrews 4:13-16

Proverbs 15:3 - The eyes of the Lord are in every place, beholding the evil and the good

Psalm 121

Rest in the LORD and wait patiently for Him; Do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, Because of the man who carries out wicked devices.

And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”Amen.

Isaiah 32:15-16
15 Until the Spirit is poured upon us from on high,
And the wilderness becomes a fruitful field,
And the fruitful field is counted as a forest.

The Peace of God’s Reign
16 Then justice will dwell in the wilderness,
And righteousness remain in the fruitful field.

So no matter how grievous it gets, God does care. He has a wonderful plan, a hope and a future for us.... one day wicked devices won’t have any space, place or room to operate. Believers won’t be oppressed no more. The doors can be left open because their will be no danger no more so no need for locks. One day life will flourish and there will be no end to goodness, life and the presence of Lord Jesus Christ. His end plan is so good.

Pray that you can keep an eternal Perspective and not be affected by the temporary powers of darkness that are operating in this world. Pray you are refreshed by Holy Spirit and are helped to endure negative things.

I believe that all this is happening presently. The Lord poured out His Spirit at Pentecost; He didn't withdraw His Spirit at some point since then.

Fasting? Maybe... as the Lord leads them. Praying? Certainly. More frequently than what though? It is impossible to pray continuously, but it is possible to pray continually (if that doesn't make sense, look up both words). Just remember to wash the dishes and take out the trash occasionally.

While this is certainly a terrible decision, what happens in one US state is not as significant on God's timetable as many Americans would like to believe.

As long as we remain in Jesus, Yeshua, we will be strong in all spiritual and moral matters, however in combatting the Beast, we are to be overcome, yet, I believe, this is that very last of the believers to be sanctified in their material defeat there will be a glorious and eternal victory in our Savior. All suffering will end...…..read about this in Daniel where it says "those of understanding will be helped with little help." And also, "he will be allowed to wage war on the saints and prevail."

Believing Jesus, Yeshua, is much like getting old, it is not for the weak.

Will Believers receive extra help in the last days?
Most Definitely!

Dan 11v32,33: "the people who know their God shall be strong, and carry out great exploits. And those of the people who understand shall instruct many..."

Acts 2v17: "'And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh..."

Mal 4v5,6, with Rev 11v3-6: "Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet Before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord. And he will turn The hearts of the fathers to the children, And the hearts of the children to their fathers...And I will give power to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy one thousand two hundred and sixty days, clothed in sackcloth." These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands standing before the God of the earth. And if anyone wants to harm them, fire proceeds from their mouth and devours their enemies. And if anyone wants to harm them, he must be killed in this manner. These have power to shut heaven, so that no rain falls in the days of their prophecy; and they have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to strike the earth with all plagues, as often as they desire."

Mark 13v6: "But when they arrest you and deliver you up, do not worry beforehand, or premeditate what you will speak. But whatever is given you in that hour, speak that; for it is not you who speak, but the Holy Spirit."

Isaiah 59v19: "When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him."

And so forth...
