Then know that you are willing to keep going where many will throw in the towel.

A good quote by Baylor Barbee says:
When my body gets tired, my mind says"This is where winners are made"
When my mind gets tired, my heart says"This is where champions are made"
Thank you. I have been taking a class lately for CNA and just got finished today with clinicals. Should be only two more classes left.

If you are questioning your salvation, then ask God, "save me, Lord!".
God is not, "wishing for anyone to perish, but that all should reach repentance"
So pray for, "God's will be done".

If you are not sure you are saved, then it might be better to assume you are not saved.
This might create more anxiety for you.
However, God might be using your anxiety to motivate you to seek him.
"Fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge".

Ask, seek and knock
"Ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall find, knock and the door shall be opened."

You need to ask for your salvation, and seek for your salvation, but only He can open the door to your salvation.
It is a trip! A humbling trip! And I think for most they cannot humble themselves, they need God to do the humbling for them.
So ask God, "humble me!"

And hang on and remember...

Romans 8:18 "The pain that you've been feeling, can't compare to the joy that's coming."

I know that the bible encourages us to walk by faith and trust in God with all the heart. These things, trusting in God and walking by faith, just don't come the most natural to me. I deal with anxiety quite frequently and at times panic attacks but these are less often than they used to be, but still not fun if it comes... What advice would you give on how to trust and step out in faith for someone like me who struggles in the area of trust in God?
What I do each day is say a prayer in the morning before I go to work for God to calm my fears. You can have great faith and trust in God yet still have anxiety.

I have already asked the Lord to save me. I have prayed a salvation prayer more times than I can remember or count. Jesus himself is the Savior. It is not about praying the right words or perfect prayer. If we wander or sin, he is the good Shepherd and he is faithful to keep those who place their faith in him.

Ok well thats a situation right there, fast moving traffic. You were afraid...of making the wrong move, to hit someone or someone hitting you? Had you been in a traffic accident before? The attack you described is a stress response has a name fight or flight.

I used to get that too and know sometimes fear can paralyse you. Ok so you cried out to Jesus and you were ok. Good! See He works! How about praying over your car. Before you even head out. Lift it to the Lord and declare its a vessel for His purposes. Whoever drives or rides in it will be safe.
I pray for God to bless my driving and the car each morning, to get to where I am going safely and efficiently without incident, to be wide awake and alert at all times looking out for all obstacles and pedestrians, and to remember to turn my lights off when I arrive where I am going. Of course just living an metro area of 4 million is stressful enough, let alone have to drive in traffic.

Since Jesus died such a gruesome death on the cross and rose again, he is able to secure those who believe in him and receive him. If we are weak, he is strong. If we fail and are faithless, the Lord is faithful.
“13 If we believe not (believe what He did at the Cross), yet He abides Faithful (despite the unbelief of many, He will be Faithful to Redeem all who come to Him in Faith): He cannot deny Himself. (Heaven will never change the Plan of Redemption and Victory, which is the Cross.)” 2 Timothy 2:13

I would pray, study, pray some more but also find out if you might have some sort of chemical thing, like hormone imbalance. Make sure you are taking good care of you. If you broke your arm or was diabetic, you would get help. Don't get me wrong, I'm not suggesting you medicate yourself but that you make sure the anxiety is not a symptom of some sort of underlying physical condition.

Regardless still pray and trust that He will direct your paths.
