By adding works to keep salvation, you are calling the Lord a liar who doesn't know what "never" or "eternal" means.
In a discussion of ideas, you are so poor at language.
If you accept a believer must show their faith or belief for it to be real.
This show can be described as works, actions that reflect an inner reality
So one could say without such a demonstration ones faith is meaningless. And with them one has
earnt salvation.

If I love someone and do not express it or say it, is it real or just my imagination.
If I confess my love does that very confession make the love real.

There is a strange reality with children. The actual physical act of saying sorry makes it real.
Children then try and say, I did not mean it. But we learn very early on action confirm true
intentions.

But exploring our reality in Christ and how our living relationship is alive is exciting, unless of course
you do not actually have one, so talking about it is really risky, because what might you find?

What we hate is hypocritical behavior.

What it comes down to is a chance to shut our mouths and to put into practice what you preach. If you are not Peterjens, why hesitate to say so?

Is it simply because you are Peter, and you have been deceptive and sinning through breaking the rules of this site? Are you hesitant because you don't want your whole holiness and obedience act to come crashing down?

Yet again. A simple yes or no.

As God is your witness, were you previously on this site under the name "PeterJens"?
If you notice, one of the characteristics of peter is when he is confronted with a question that may expose his belief system

1. He refuses to answer the question
2. He changes the question
3. He then gets angry when you confront him for changing the question
4. The says we have no right to question him, He can answer the question any way he desires. And he can make the question say anything he wants
5. He mocks and attacks youy and tries to push it all on you
6. When he gets nervouse he tries to be nice and like your posts and acts like a nice guy
7. When we still disagree with him, he gets mad and starts to open a bunch of rambling question (you know them by the bolded titles) trying to get people to ignore the question (I assume to want it to go away)
8. Rinse, repeat.

Anyone who was here when peter was here knows who he is, he is not fooling anyone but himself. Further proof that he will never listen to reason, because he is blinded to the fact he has to defend himself at all costs!

I am asking you to stop your little act. To stop being deceptive and to come clean. You have your little obedience dog and pony show that you love to trot out. Doing your little self-righteous dance while making demands on the behavior of others.

But when push comes to shove, you sink back into your deception and sin. You are breaking the rules of this site while up there on your high horse.

If you are NOT the former Peterjens - JUST SAY SO!

So, yet again, as God is your witness, were you previously on this site under the name "PeterJens"?

C'mon. Shut my mouth and all the other mouths here who accuse you.

Do it.
Shutting your mouth is impossible :ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL:
I would much rather give you an axe to grind which you cannot resist jumping to.

Desperate but changes nothing ....
Unfortunately you are not interested in truth only your own cynicism
And you are not interested but in your own character and how you are seen by men.. How God see’s you does not matter to you. You have proven that time and time again.

You need to read and believe all of Jesus' words.
As do you.

If one can lose salvation through lack of obedience/good works, then Jesus didn't know what He was talking about.

Jesus said that He gives us eternal life, and that we shall never perish, and that no one can snatch us out of His, or the Father's hand. (John 3:16, 10: 28-29)

"No one" includes oneself.

But, according to you, "never" would not actually mean never.

The Bible says that we have been sealed by the Holy Spirit which is a pledge guaranteeing our inheritance. (Ephesians 1:13-14, 2 Corinthians 1:22, 5:5)

According to you, that pledge and guarantee isn't worth a lick.

The Bible says we are sealed for the Day of Redemption. (Ephesians 4:30)

If we can lose salvation, we haven't been sealed until the day of redemption - only until we personally fail.

Jesus said that He will lose none of us, but will raise us up on the last day. (John 6:39)

Looks like Jesus was mistaken when He said "none" of us (Christians) would be lost.

Jesus said that believers will never come into judgment, and have passed from death into life. (John 5:24)

To lose salvation would put the former believer back under judgment. So, "never" doesn't mean never according to Jesus again.

The Bible says our calling is irrevocable. (Roman 11:29)

"Irrevocable" means: "Not able to be changed, reversed, or recovered; final." But I guess Paul (and God) doesn't know that.

The Bible says nothing in all creation can separate us from the love of God. (Romans 8:38-39)

Are we created? Then not even we can do it.

The Bible says God will complete the good work that He began in us. (Philippians 1:6)

If we can lose salvation, the "good work" would absolutely not be completed.

The Bible says we have been perfected for all time. (Hebrews 10:14)

If we can lose salvation, we have not been perfected for all time, only until we fail.

The Bible says if we drink from the living water that is Christ, we will never be thirsty again. (John 4:14)

Yet again, I guess Jesus didn't understand the word "never".

The Bible says God will sustain us to the end, guiltless in the day of the Lord Jesus. (1 Corinthians 1:8)

According to you, we sustain ourselves by our continued obedience until the end.

The Bible says that our debt to God has been canceled through Christ Jesus. (Colossians 2:13-14)

If we lose salvation, the debt returns, even though Jesus paid it in full on the cross. So, "canceled" doesn't actually mean canceled in scripture.

Jesus said that those who are His will never hunger nor thirst again. (John 6:35)

Oops, there goes Jesus again - not knowing what the word "never" actually means.

You have got me so right there ... so insightful ...
I wonder if you understand what courage is .... no I thought not ....
Its a fact you do not

People with courage answer questions, they do not hide behind them, refuse to answer, then attack those who ask them

Interesting proposition. I admire your efforts, but I am not interested in talking about
your polarised world that is not mine or in scripture. I have said before, we have a divide
you cannot cross because we are different. I have no ability to bring sight to you, because
it is your heart that does this.

It is like if you have cataracts me sharing anything does not change your sight.
By the way no matter what I share nothing changes, so God bless you, may you find peace
and joy in whatever you are doing.

All you know is what I tell you. And that is my privilege. How long have you got?
Do you think I am going to answer you, as if you have a hold over me?

It is like talking to some people, they demand my response, tell me how I should answer,
when and where, what I can and cannot say. The absurd notion is on a public arena built
for exchanges that this works. And what do the other party gain or lose? A non respectful
interchange marked with a lack of simple mature interaction, this is what makes me laugh
and reminds me how tin pot dictators hate being put in their place :ROFL::ROFL::ROFL::ROFL:
Lol

If you were not peter you would easy and without fail answer him

What a joke man.

You who professes we must be christlike, act more like christs enemy that christ himself

Fact, Christ would never run from a question, he woudl answer them with his head up high..

Actually, no it is possible

If your not peter. You would say so. And we would have nothing to accuse you of

You not answering just gives us power and energy to continue to know what we know. You are peter.

Answering my question yesterday would either prove me right, or prove me wrong, as to how easy it is to differentiate between a worker for. And a grace believer, but no, You did not answer, so we are empowered to call your bluff

You do it to yourself man.. Just like you did with your last 2 nics.. Nothing ever changes.. how long do you have left??

EG, there is no point, to any degree. Interactions only work when you can see out of the
other persons eyes. We do not connect like that. I am happy and accept this.
I know lots of people I do not connect with, and I know the limitations of communication.

Peter the apostle thought he knew Jesus as a friend, and got things wrong, but graciously
the Lord knew and helped him through. I fear this is not that same between us. :)

You have no desire to discuyss scripture. When people try. You mock them

you claim to wish to speak truth, yet you are heare under sin, and refuse to acknowledge truth.

Once again, your your own worse enemy,

The gig is up peter. This is what happened last time you snuck in here right before they found out who you were and sent you packing..

Just keep asking bro.. It is time for him to admit who he is.. or keep proving to the chatroom who he is by his hiding behind the lie and tryign to attack you.

Interaction is only possible when people are truthful. If people are hiding behind things, and refuse to be open and honest, there can be no interaction. And the one who is hidiing everything and tries to blame shift to take the focus off them usually end up crashing and burning.

Are you going to answer our questions, or keep hiding?

Really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really.
Who is pursuing the question, who is the dog and who is the tail?
