Him, His Glory seen in nature, in healthy laughter, in having a family in Him, through it all. Resting in Him is sweet and brings joy. Hope for a future without pain and suffering. Writing and reading, I find Him in words...my favorite, most joyful, are His. I love comforting clouds of coziness He often brings. When it comes down to it, it is Him. He is the very most precious blessing of ALL!!!

Well not nec that makes Him sound ethereal. He does cause us to lay down beside still waters. His words bring joy and rejoicing. HE redeems us. He is our portion, our lines fall on to heavenly places. He is more than enough. He is EVERYTHING.

About God, what are you most happy about?
That He would come and die for me. Each day I am shocked and staggard by this statement of love, which
is so profound and I am unable to quantify, that one so great, would desire to have me, and all my brothers
and sisters in Christ, for a people to eternity.

It transcends wealth, power, show, influence, pride, possessions, status, knowledge.
It grounds me, and sets me in the moment, in awe, in wonder, in praise, in thanks, in sadness at my failures,
in joy at His work of love in my life, in His words of truth and power. Nothing is more powerful or profound,
when life here seems so pointless, He is the focus, and His authentic statement is life to eternity.

19 We love because he first loved us.
1 John 4

6 Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped,
7 but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness.
8 And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient to death--even death on a cross!
Phil 2

Praise the Lord.

Make a joyful noise to the Lord , all the earth! Serve the Lord with gladness! Come into his presence with singing! Know that the Lord , he is God! It is he who made us, and we are his; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Enter his gates with thanksgiving, and his courts with praise! Give thanks to him; bless his name! For the Lord is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all generations.

God took on full responsibility for the existence of evil in His creation, when He was not responsible

Through the Redeeming death and Resurrection of Jesus – the incarnate word of God – on the cross.

Actually He did it even before creating anything 😊

Here is the spring where waters flow,
To quench our heat of sin;
Here is the tree where truth doth grow
To lead our lives therein;
Here is the judge that stints43 the strife
When men's devises fail:
Here is the bread that feeds the life
Which death cannot assail.
The tidings of salvation dear
Comes to our ears from hence;
The fortress of our faith is here;
The shield of our defence.
Then be not like the hog that hath
A pearl at his desire,
13
And takes more pleasure in the trough
And wallowing in the mire.
Read not this book in any case
But with a single eye:
Read not, but first desire GOD's grace,
To understand thereby.
Pray still in faith with this respect
To fructify therein;
That knowledge may bring this effect,
To mortify thy sin.
Then happy thou in all thy life,
Whatso to thee befalls;
Yea, doubly happy shalt thou be
When GOD by death thee calls.

^what does all this means, in plain English please

I'm most happy that He's good, and He's good at being God.

Assurance of salvation is my favorite part

Isn't it a nice feeling when doubts just "be quiet" ?

God the Father already sees us as justified, sanctified, and glorified (Rom. 8:29, 30; I Cor. 1:30; Heb. 10:10, 14).

because He see the end from the beginning

"It is finished"

God took care of everything before it even happened

and we can reap the benefits of the fact that he took care of everything, and this fact is everlasting, endures to even our future

like an installed fountain of living water, flowing even till now

and we can find rest

And find joy in this rest

if the son set you free you are free indeed

I thank you that we can say our prayers at our comfortable pace, and that we can say it slowly and meditatively, as if prayerful intent can still exist, even in pauses, as God even exist in the quiet, like the void of Genesis 1:2.
I can be thankful that this is a part that we can appreciate with a relatively effortless sense of appreciation, that can also be part of our personal faith and relationship with the one who is merciful to us.
