Hello All,

So something super out of the norm and sorta embarrassing. Out of nowhere today, I was overwhelmed with this feeling of sadness. I'm not sure where it's come from or why. Please pray that it will go away, but the Lord will show me why or what I'm supposed to do with it.

Thank you, it's greatly appreciated.

Sure, I'll pray for you. Hope the sad feeling goes away soon if it hasn't already.

Why would you be embarrassed? It is only human to be sad sometimes. I pray that your sadness is momentary. Hope you find a way to overcome it. Why not talk to a friend or eat a mood booster like a delicious fruit maybe or do something to cheer you up like exercising?

Yes, i don't get how that's embarrassing, either. It's ok to feel sad, sometimes. Even normal. If it persists hit up a doc and have them do some tests to make sure your levels are all good and no medical issues have sprung up.

Thank you all. I appreciate the prayers. It’s unlike anything, I’ve experienced, but it is better at the moment. It will pass, I’m sure.

Perhaps the embarrassing part is that it came on for no reason this morning at church, then lingered throughout the night.

Hugs can help with the sadness. You can hug your pet. If there is no one there to hug you now, think about Jesus hugging you. Hope you feel better sister.

Oh no, that is no fun. I am sorry. I hate when that happens, it feels, for me anyway, like a deep ache. I hope it passes quickly, and stays away for a good long while.

Let me know if there is anything I can do from a far.
I definitely will lift you up in prayer, dear one.

There is nothing to be embarrassed about. I suffer from occasional depressing and have had overwhelming feelings of sadness too. I have said a prayer for God to dissipate this dark cloud of sadness so that His light may shine upon you.

"Let us pray our love of Christ shall give us the strength and wisdom to overcome any
temporary concerns, and in knowing our emotions often have purpose of gratitude and
allows us a closer spiritual relationship with God. I pray you are uplifted and be glad
of God in your life."
'Amen'

God is faithful and will reveal the source of your sadness. And He is faithful to restore you and heal you, too. Blessings of peace and comfort to you dear sister.

Thank you all very much!! I'm feeling so much better today. I don't understand yesterday, but I'm going to leave it at God's feet and trust He will reveal the issue in His time.

Again, I'm deeply grateful for your prayers.

I don't think that feeling sad from time to time is out of normal. Otherwise you wouldn't experience joy. It's all relative, right?
