Or ever spoke its equivalent. Saul fabricated the ideology of free ticket grace, then he wrote all about it.

Jesus stated in Matthew 6:14-15 that forgiveness of sins is through performing the righteous act of first forgiving all others their trespasses, then The Father will forgive. The words "grace" and "gift" are not used.

In vs. 15 He states the contralateral specification, that to fail to firgive others their trespasses will guarantee The Father will not forgive such an unrighteous person. Forgiveness of others establishes Godly righteousness.

Pity Saul did not think in those terms. He was too busy worrying about The Law. Saul's musings about The Law need not be read by Gentiles. We were never given The Law, only The Hebrews.

If here in their reply anyone talks about myself, I will report them.

ah im glad to see i was right in my prediction about you in the not by works thread where i said:

i bet this guy is one of those Jesus' words only christians. lets throw away most of the new testament. st.paul's letters are gone because he is corrupted. hmm that means we have to throw out luke too so acts and gospel of luke is gone. st.peter endorsed st.paul in his second epistle so those are gone. we got gospel of matthew and john and mark left along with book of revelation. enjoy new testament nothing about the church starting no pentecost nothing. great.
ive learned to read between the lines.

This is true, so what do you say the Gentiles should follow? Which books of the Bible do you hold to be trustworthy? Just one particular Gospel such as the Ebionites? If you believe us gentiles were not given the law, I assume you believe we need not be circumcised, but what do you believe we should do? Exclusively follow the words of Jesus in the Gospel of Matthew?

Jesus did not say grace the word, but the concept was explained and the word is used in the Tanakh, which you perhaps believe is trustworthy? "Noah found GRACE in the eyes of the Lord" the word GRACE is there.

Do you believe Jesus is God (John 1:1)?

Grace enables a person to forgive and do good works.

John 1:17 - For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.

The OP lists spiritual status as non Christian and comes into the thread with threats. No need to respond to such nonsense.

1Co 2:14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

Noah finding grace in the eyes of The Lord is not any kind of a lesson for people today.

There is no account, no evidence, no Scripture, no testimony, no Theology, nothing in Christendom which shows anyone finding Grace in the eyes of The Lord in replication of Noah. There is no reason to cite Noah. Inless, of course, because of the chatty observation that the word "grace" appears there.

It is a bit wiser to inderstand the lines themselves before reading in between them. Inept thinking is attracted to imaginary things.

The entire bible was written by God, through the use of men that He inspired to do. That's why God is called the Living Word.. :)

Jesus did many other things as well. If every one of them were written down, I suppose that even the whole world would not have room for the books that would be written. John 21:25

These aren't Paul's words, but the revelation of Jesus Christ. So yes, Jesus did speak of grace.

8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

What if I told you Jesus used the word grace? You just did not find it because you looked up english translations, go to the greek, the word for grace is used by Jesus ;)

So no book of the Bible is trustworthy to you? Why bother talking about Jesus then? You have serious issues. It says you are non-Christian in your profile and I can see that.

You are simply making it up as you go along, must be fun.

Firstly, Paul did not preach "free ticket grace." Secondly, Paul was steadfast in his efforts to prevent the Law from being yoked on the Gentiles. Thirdly, remember that Jesus had the power on earth to forgive sins (Mt 9:6).

Consider the grace and mercy Jesus extended to the woman caught in adultery (Jn 8:10-11). Like her, we all stand condemned. In short, the message of grace is one of forgiveness that cannot be earned and a repentant life that turns from sin.

When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? Hath no man condemned thee? She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.

Jesus Himself is grace (the embodiment of the grace of God), so you are saying Jesus never spoke about himself?!
