My grandparents. Never got to met them.

What irritates you?
When people are quick to answer w/o checking there facts.....
like in the stores/ customer service when you have someone who REALLY doesn't know all the procedures b/c they are new (newer) or have never delt with it themselves...… but you know b/c you've been shopping there for years and have had service for the situation before ...... and it would be easy to say it's all "millennials and "young people today" but I've even had OLDER people do it......
sheesh.....

okay, next question.....

what the heck...…. same q:

Rarely. Where I have been living there were no proper sidewalks to get to transport and it was infrequent. A 20 minute drive was a two hour bus ride with two transfers. In my twenties I took public transport all the time but I had one fellow expose himself, on other occasions I had two mentally disturbed people scream at me on the bus, and finally I had some teens follow me off the bus and demand money. That was the last time i regularly took transit. Safety is not negotiable.
Question: Do you pray for your enemies? (and i don't mean pray that God will smite them).

I hate to think that I have any enemies, I don’t hate anyone and I try not to have them, but I do pray for those who I would have conflicts with :)

Do you believe in the phrase “forgive and forget”?

To be a Christian, we must. If we harbor any hostility in our spirits, God will see that and not answer our prayers: Mark 11:25 "And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses."

Have you ever forgiven someone, and really turn over the trespass to the Lord, and then saw the Lord punish the one you forgave?

Yes, I have and believe me our Lord is good at vengeance. I find myself praying that He goes easier on them. This only happens if we do everything perfectly right.

Same q.
Yes, my brother 'disinherited me' from my parent's estate. Before the recession my dad's home was worth 1 million dollars. Basically my 'brother' had my dad sign over the house to him. I was out of the area w/no car at the time. My dad asked me once where all his money was going. Anyway, sine then appx 15 yrs ago, the city has decided to build a huge frwy offramp right next to the house causing noise pollution as well as air pollution and depreciation. My 'brother' called my son recently and told him he was miserable there now and wanted to make things right w/me.

If you had a bucket list, what are a couple things that would be on it?

I put skydive earlier. But I would like to add in tandem also, I don't want to train to go solo. Once would be enough with my brittle bones, I will be lucky if I don't break one. Plus, we can use the pro's courage and experience to do it safely.

 HMMMM Deade, I just recalled this while reading your post, I remember reading an article once about this guy who was helping seniors fulfill bucket list dreams and a picture in it was of him skydiving with an man in his late 70's/80's...… dunno if I still have it, but now I want to dig around and see if I kept it or if I can find it online......

Um...… bucket list?
Right now in my life, I don't have one and am at a place where looking down the road or "dreaming" isn't something I am able to give much time or thought to........

What has been one of your lifes biggest struggles, AND what did you do to get through/ how did you get through (struggle details not required, but appreciated...… and cliché answers like "prayer" "lean on the Lord" please give specifics like what you prayed and how it was answered...….

Just a side note (since you guys all are going sky diving, hey maybe you can get a group rate😀!).
There was an older man , who was like in his 90's I think. He was blind in one of his eyes. After jumping, something popped in his eye and his vision returned to him. Now I'm not saying this as a cure all for blindness (can you imagine being blind for like 50 years, jumping out of a plane and suddenly you see the ground rushing up on you😮! Might be like "I don't want to see anymore!" Lol). Just brings to mind how God works in Mysteries and Wonderous ways...

I had to make the decision to send my doggie to heaven rather that to put him through very intrusive operations. I was stuck on reminiscing about his loyal nature and doubting my care for him. I was praying in the back yard, a day later, and these words came down in a string like fashion from heaven 'He's in heaven and happy and would not want to remember the past'. I knew it was The Comforter since the Words instantly gave me peace. PTL!

What's a personal victory you've had lately?

Yes, putting down a sick dog is very hard especially if you have them many years. I prayed for new knee joints from God for about 7 years. Eventually, He gave me the opportunity to get them the hard way through surgery. It was amazing how it all came together and how fast I healed. :D

THIS IS AWESOME! We all have areas in our lives that are strongholds for us, what might seem small to one person is a BIG struggle for another..... to overcome those areas is awesome, thanks for sharing.
