I’m new to this site. Nice to meet you all. I know this might seem odd but the Lord wants His people to know that if they do this the Coronavirus will go away:

“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”

2 Chronicles 7:14

He said if we repent, us the truly saved need to examine ourselves and repent, of our sins and turn back to Christ He will send it away.

You might ask what have I done?

Well how many of us protest against abortion?

Against so called homosexuality?

Against different injustices done on a daily basis?

How many of us are using our tithes as it’s stated in the Bible which is to feed the widows, orphans, strangers/homeless and those in the church in need?

How many of us have stopped giving tithes altogether?

How many of us pay lip service on church days but the rest of the week we do whatever we want to do not thinking about Him?

Let us all examine ourselves so that Christ will stay the hand of this plague.
Pray for me as I pray for you. Please get this message out there so that we all can repent and send away this plague.

Please remember me in your prayers.

How many of us stand around in groups with signs and accomplish nothing?
Not me.

How many of us practice Old Testament tithing that no longer applies to the New Testament?
Not me.

How many of us join a site and introduce ourselves by assuming everyone's spiritual walk is failing and needs to be examined, then requests prayer?
Not me.

Are you talking about the Corona virus? Because it's affecting the entire world, regardless of spiritual or moral stance.

I’m not just talking about you or everyone on here I’m talking about myself as well. If you are without sin good for you. As for me I’m going to repent.

I’m going to repent everyday until the Coronavirus is gone because the Lord said if WE, Apostolic Pentecostal Oneness people full of the Holy Ghost according to Acts 2:38 repent He will have mercy on the world.

“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” (II Chronicles 7:14)

Your request for prayer is more appropriate for the Prayer Requests forum..

Hi Rosen and welcome to CC. I totally understand what you are saying and was thinking of starting a prayer thread specifically for protection according to Ps 91 'No plague shall come nigh our dwellings'. Also, to pray that this virus comes to a halt. This about the 5th major pandemic I've lived through. God bless you for your concern and I look forward to further posts from you:). May God bless and protect us, Amen.

“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” (2 Chronicles 7:14)

I didn’t write it.

The Word of God doesn’t disagree with itself. Psalms 91 doesn’t make II Chronicles 7:14 any less true. When we are in the right place with God we will be okay as it says in Psalms 91.

But if a person is dwelling in sin or iniquity the judgement of God can touch that save person too.

Let’s not forget that Revelations 3:17-19 was sent to the church of Laodicea, meaning those who are SAVED. If you’re unsure what it says I will quote it now:

“Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:

I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.

As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.”

Please remember that I didn’t write it.

I also promise to never ask anyone of you for prayer again since my apology offended you as well as my prayer request because it wasn’t placed in the “correct” posting spot, you can be sure that I won’t.

Most of you might not know why I’m absolutely sure that this is the judgement of God and it’s our fault. My sister is a research scientist. When she went to work the other day they told her that unlike other viruses that need a living host to survive this virus can live up to anything and ever for up to 50 days. And I mean anything. Door handles, countertops, paper bags, clothes, animal, windows , doors. Name it and it can live there for 50 days.

This is the judgement of God and His book says that if we repent He will have mercy. I will quote it one more time:

“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”

You guys do whatever you want to do.

As for me? I’m going to repent and ask God for mercy for me and everyone else.

And remember,

I didn’t write it.

Remember the Scripture '
Romans 8 King James Version (KJV)
8 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
Don't be put off by a couple responses. Yes one does sound harsh, but that happens here to others also. The other comment was to steer you to the Prayer Forum so regulars there could notice you.
When I first signed on I didn't realize 'Socialism' was an offense to some and took some negative remarks, but then I realized it's just the way with some, not everyone. I've been here about a yr and a half and seen many squabbles but they usually work out. Like I found your intro very thoughtful. May God continue to bless you Rosen!

Where did I mention sin at all? You pulled me claiming to be without sin out of thin air. That was nothing but a baseless lie.

Wow, God said if your lone denomination repents he will spare the world? So your denomination is the single, chosen, correct denomination and your actions affect the entire world?
And being Penetecostal explains everything. I used to be Penetecostal as well, until I outgrew those false teachings.

Please post the rest of that chapter, so the full context is clear, not just the isolated version you're offering.

I'm sure Rosen didn't post what she did to get into a brawl. I used to go to a Pentecostal Church and loved it. I also tithe and don't put down anyone who doesn't. Where did she say a 'lone denomination could save the world???
Rosen is making a very valid point and I don't understand why someone would be so critical, unless that's the only way they know how to be. I think anyone would agree that we need to WELCOME people to CC not bark at them and be hostile. That's the opposite of a Christian nature.
