My personal favorite is Assassin's Creed II. It was so immersive! I really felt like I was in renaissance Italy. The score is amazing as well. I've played that game countless times.

Yes, thought it was good but something was missing. Was bored in some of the worlds like Frozen and Monsters Inc.
I heard mixed reviews at first but I see most agreed it was okay

Heard of it. I have a few Tecmo games from the ps2 era (they did the horror series Fatal Frame I have 2 and 3)
Tecmo Bowl(NES), Tecmo Super Bowl(SNES), were another two of my favorites. I love the music playing while playing Tecmo wrestling.

I used to play Batman on the NES. I’d get him killed three(or however many times it took) until the game over music started playing. I’d then just set back and listen to it for quite a while.

I know, I own BG but they killed immersion with some things in the remake... SJW ideology preaching is one of the reasons why I don't watch TV, it's all telling you what to think every movie and series. I am looking for art and meaning, not politics shoved down my throat in games also, and by all means if you're making changes, make things organic with the story. It's really stupid to have a transgender character in a gameworld where magical belts exist that change gender permanently (one such magical cursed belt is one of the first items you run into in the beginning). So any player who wanted to change gender could simply equip that belt, and be done! But there has to be a trans token character forced everywhere. It kills the immersion, one moment you're in a little medieval world and the next you feel like you're watching Netflix. I'm pretty certain there is some gay romance too, all this didn't exist, they wrote it in. Beamdog replaced our files on GOG, swapped the old file to new, without asking, then added soundtrack to be separately charged so we don't have the soundtrack we paid for originally with the game. They did the same with Planescape:Torment, although they at least weren't fixing what isn't broken (as I heard). They are very hated and considered parasitic franchise murderer among old school fans. Lol
I don't know how well they did with Icewind Dale, maybe they learned from their mistakes, it didn't hold my attention I'm extremely picky so I never finished it :)
Oh I forgot ES - Oblivion it was great...

Ugh sjw stuff has been infecting games for a few years now. And your called a bigot if you complain 🙄 if I recall icewind dale had some nudity in it so I'm probably going to avoid it (unless it was edited) it was rather shocking when saw it when I was young because it was a t for teen rating. But that scene was def M for mature material

Is that the Batman game that's similar to Ninja Gaiden?
