And I feel you @She_is_Legendary I know people are going bonkers with the isolation. Thankfully I’m a major introvert so I’m literally doing the same thing but with societal approval
If it wasn’t for the fact that i just had a baby, I would be ok with being home... BUT. Lol this isolation feels like I’m making myself go into depression and not talking to my friend and Reaching our for help. This is exactly how it happened after i had my first baby, and now the emotions and thoughts are starting to come back and i just want to walk around a store and to shopping for something.

this whole situation is just driving me mad.

I’m so sorry. I know what it’s like to worry about mental health/exhaustion relapses. I hope you’re able to find outlets and get support you need

I do, but I haven’t seen my therapist in like 2 months, and with this pandemic going on, I can’t see him unless it’s an emergency, which right now it’s not... but that’s the only help and or support i have. But I’m taking medication for it too, so that’s helping to keep me from relapsing back. And also thank you for your concern about it.

Is there a way maybe you can do a phone appointment?

I’m not sure if they even allow that, but there is a program that i can go through and talk to someone else, i may do that instead until I can go see my therapist.

Regulations may vary from state to state, but I know that my wife (since the lock down) has been doing phone appointments with her therapist.

I think it also depends on insurance too...

I wasn’t able to look into it today, but tomorrow I will.

Are you not allowed to talk by cell? You should look into that. It'll be convenient for all.

Hi. I know you probably know this already but make sure you're getting enough vitamin D. If you don't have any D, you can also take tumeric. It helps stabilize your mood like D does. I heard that advice from a licensed psychologist. Also, if you're not still taking your prenatal vitamins, taking them might help. Hope you feel better soon, Lil'! ♥ Oh...and exercise is great too.

I have not been outside much, so that’s not helping lol... but I am taking women’s vitamins, and I’ve been doing dance exercises... so a little of this and that... and can’t forget coffee, I have to have my coffee!

No snow for us (that i know of) and thankfully we won’t be going to church in the cold air! Yay!

But seriously, I’m over... way over this social distancing crap. 😒
