I tried to give you a simple verse to begin proving it.....but you just dismissed it by saying "Thats a spiritual meaning"......which you couldn't prove when I asked you to.

Read this verse carefully:

Luke 10:27
And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbour as thyself.
^
Even Jesus specifies that the Soul and Mind are separate!

What is the meaning to 1 John 5:6

New Living Translation
And Jesus Christ was revealed as God’s Son by his baptism in water and by shedding his blood on the cross—not by water only, but by water and blood. And the Spirit, who is truth, confirms it with his testimony.

Good News Translation
Jesus Christ is the one who came with the water of his baptism and the blood of his death. He came not only with the water, but with both the water and the blood. And the Spirit himself testifies that this is true, because the Spirit is truth.

Young's Literal Translation
This one is he who did come through water and blood -- Jesus the Christ, baptized not in the water only, but in the water and the blood; and the Spirit it is that is testifying, because the Spirit is the truth,

The discussion in 1 John 5, is not about HIS CRUCIFIXION, but THE TESTIMONY that JESUS, is THE SON of GOD....

THIS IS HE who came not by WATER only.....but by water (SPIRIT) and blood body..and it is THE SPIRIT that testifies to this TRUTH..

This is a description of HIM....not HIS work

Iḿ sorry...you must have changed your original post. I was sure that you said that this had to do with HIS crucifixion...

The WORD of TRUTH clearly states that JESUS did not receive the SPIRIT upon HIS baptism, sir....the WORD clearly states that HE was the SON of GOD according to the SPIRIT...and that was from the beginning...from the moment HE came into the world, born of a woman...in that sense, a son of david, according to HIS flesh...but THE SON of GOD, and declared THIS HOLY THING, by the angels, even before HE came into the world, in our covering...

Amen, I agree and am pointing out what some theologians including a Biblical Thesaurus claims.

Nope, never mentioned crucifixion. But I am enjoying the point you are making!

You agree then, that HE is the fullness of GOD...before HE was baptized by John...

Yes, I believe He was on Earth for our example and that included how we should live for God and what we should do if we are able, being baptized. In the Book of John, He claims the Father is dwelling inside of Him. In the Book of Matthew, He said he cast out demons by the Holy Spirit. Those 2 verses tell us He had the fullness of God within Him because He Himself is the WORD.

Yes, but a human does not need a spirit to exist, where the Triune God does need all 3 equal parts.
The reason Science is incorrect in claiming we are basically animals is because of our soul. But remove the soul, we still exist, but just as higher evolved animals. So, we do not need a soul to exist. But God needs ALL 3 EQUAL PARTS TO BE THE ONE GOD!

So the example of human and triune God is factually incorrect!
I´m sorry, I don´t know how I missed your posts...I only saw it now...

If a human does not need a spirit, sir...then we won´t have to worry about the WORD being a double edged sword...

a man died and went to heaven. he saw Jesus and God the father. then he saw jesus enter into the father. and at that time they were united into one god. then a little wile later, Jesus came back out of the father and was once again separate from the father. this explains John 1:1 where it says 'in the beginning was the word, the word was WITH God and the word WAS god!' the bible is just telling the different states of Jesus and the fathers existence. at times jesus and the father are united together into one god. at other times Jesus and the father are 2 separate beings. the same can be said about the holy spirit's existence with jesus and God the father.
So in this way we see how the trinity operates with each other.

we are created in gods image: therefore we also are a triune being. 1. we are a soul. 2. we live in a body. 3. we have a spirit. when we die, our soul and spirit will seperate from our body and go to either heaven or hell! some people have out of body experiences now. that means that there are times when these people soul and body separate from each other.

The doctrine of the trinity is simply this: there are three seperate individuals mentioned in the bible. all three of them are called god. yet the bible also says that there is only one God. and yes there are times when the three are united together as the one God. there are other times when these three seperate from each other to do certain tasks. like when jesus seperated from god the father to take human form and die on a cross for our sins. and when jesus went back to the father and sent the holy spirit to us to empower us to walk the with god in a way that pleases God. To give us new life, and make us a new creation. etc.

I hope that this helps to clear up your haze on the subject.

David

When we are baptized into CHRIST, we are quickened by HIS SPIRIT...

Whose SPIRIT quickens us?

THE FATHER´S
Or THE SON´S

I was merely making a point that we could live by just having a mind and body. Just like the animals. I was pointing out the soul is only for Spiritual purposes. It's our Soul that moves on after death, not our mind or body.

I have more to say after this post, but I want to make sure you understand this illustration before I post my explanation.

Jesus specifies that the Soul and Mind are separate
Sort of.....
If I said "legs and feet".....you would understand that those two terms overlap and are not mutually exclusive.
Because the feet are technically part of the legs, but as an extension of the legs, the feet are distinguishable.
Does that make sense?

While I do agree with this, we will receive a new body, like Adam had in Eden.

We are created to the image of YHVH...

The verse I provided said to love with ALL of your Soul and ALL of your mind. That separates the 2 and makes them not the same. ALL specifies 2 completion actions and ALL means there is no more or nothing else attached so it is 2 separate functions. So no matter how much you want to be right, Jesus' own quote proves you are not!

I agree with this....

Jesus was Spirit filled in his mother’s womb. It is in the Bible. John as a result also got Spirit filled in his mother’s womb.
