Thank you so much. Maybe I'm resisting God for not wanting to submit to His plans ... I know how wrong I am, but I can't react yet... maybe it doesn't make sense.
I wouldn't say your wrong it is human nature to want your other half why do think God gave Adam eve? The reason we are to seek after him first is not just because it is his will but because he gives everything in doing so. The more we seek his heart the closer we become to him and know him, the more we become closer to him the more he molds and mends our hearts and you will find that he tends to give us what we lack in this process.

It starts with baby steps, we begin to try to focus more on seeking him first then it becomes easier and easier and if you really put your heart into seeking to know him and to build that bond between each other it becomes easier and easier and soon enough it is no longer a task but a pleasure.

To know that intense hunger, to feel that thirst, to know that deep longing and craving for so much more of his heart and a much deeper intimacy with him.. There is absolutely nothing else like it and in this he has promised to give us the desires of our hearts the only thing is he has to be first that is all he asks

I would recommend asking God to, getting up and moving on our own strength and will is always going to be hard and lacking but when we rely on his strength instead the sky is the limit.
Be honest with him, talk to him like he is your own personal diary trust me he absolutely loves that, tell him your troubles ask him to fill your heart with that fire and hunger for him and I also will pray for you.

You know when I first began I could not pray well at all, it felt like I was talking to thin air but since I am a writer at heart I thought maybe I can just write my thoughts to him and it worked amazingly there was never a time I wasn't writing to him every day.
The best way to grow closer to him is communication how else do you get to know anyone? You talk with them the more you talk with someone the more you get to know them. So again my suggestion is to talk with him about anything and everything as if he is your personal diary or soemone you can talk to about anything without worry of judgment because believe me when I say he absolutely loves to hear from his children, it may seem hard to believe but his leaps inside his chest every time we go and spend time with him that is how much he loves and adores us

Yes, there is nothing like talking sincerely to God and feeling the presence of the Holy Spirit. I'm not sure why, but I'm running from it.

We all go through seasons of that we get distracted and stray he knows this is going to happen sometimes but he is always waiting with open arms just like the prodigal son. Believe me I am by no means innocent of doing this
