If one does not have a changed life they show they are not a new creation through faith in Christ.
This is right out of 1 John.
Do you disagree with John?

I think you gave me the definition of the noun 'faith' (Hebrews 11:1).
Trusting in Christ is the verb action that we do in response to the thing, the faith, that God gives us.

Trust in the blood of Christ all by itself justifies a person, apart from any merit of righteous works.

Works are required only in that they are the result of being justified in Christ apart from works.
No works means you aren't really justified in Christ.
That's how works have to be part of a genuine salvation.
They don't earn anything, they show the genuineness of one's salvation.
The absence of that evidence shows you do not have salvation by faith apart from works.
pisteuo is a verb.

i gave you the def. of that word.

and that word has nothing to do with works.

and here is for you evidence- the trees in my yard that have been full of lush green leaves for weeks will produce nothing.

the pecan tree that will produce something is just now getting full sized leaves on it.
so, based on your junk religion that you push, i should have been tying blue ribbons on the trees that looked like they were working well, and cut down the one that was not producing well.

which would have been 100% wrong.

just as judging salvation by outward appearance is 100% wrong.

You sound like a parrot.. :)

A TRUE believer cannot fall back into unbelief..
Jesus finishes and completes.faith in us and EVEN IF we believe not after initial faith and salvation HE ABIDES FAITHFUL BECAUSE HE CANNOT DENY HIMSELF....HE WILL finish and complete faith in us and LOSE NOTHING NOR FORSAKE US OR LEAVE US!!

Judges dogma is false....not of God!

Yes it is personal for sure.
I agree...
But that gives him no right to paint us all with the same brush...
He has numerous times accused us as having a free grace to sin all we like , that is wrong judgement , maybe he is talking about himself , he has stated he once believed we are always saved but now thinks we can lose Salvation , I find that really sad...

Let me put it this way... he does not know what he is talking about.

If he believed OSAS at any point in time it is because some person told him.

The true understanding comes from the Holy Spirit who brings Truth.

I am taking cover...

Ephesians:
14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace.

Yes I agree...
I know this to be true , because when God first called me , I was on the fence , one minute thinking I was saved , next unsaved , not only because I was a new Christian , but because I was reading the warnings in Scripture to the ones who had tasted that the LORD was good , Hebrews I was reading for myself instead of context , but @ Preacher4truth showed me where I was wrong and praise God I grew from that...

We can only hope and pray that The Holy Spirit opens his eyes...

Remember, we talked about this:

'in the end' - Hebrews 6:8

That's why were told to make our calling and election evident in this life (2 Peter 1:10), because it's too late to realize after you die that your un-fruitfulness was really unbelief.

Don't tell me, tell the others who have been saying my believing in order to be saved is me trying to work for my salvation.

c. My bible states JESUS FINISHES AND COMPLETES FAITH IN US
d. BECAUSE OF C, IF EVEN WE BELIEVE NOT AFTER BELIEF HE ABIDES FAITHFUL TO HIS PROMISE to FINISH AND COMPLETE FAITH IN US<-THE RESULT OF FAITH IS ETERNAL LIFE DIA SALVATION
Why does Jesus do such an inept job of believing for people that they would even fall back to unbelief?
