It does not matter the circumstance, and even if the man did break in to a house the men had no business confronting him with guns, for call the police, also they did not have proof he did break in to a house, but suspected he did.
And another thing that does not make sense is if someone does shoot someone can't they shoot them in the leg for that would stop the person, but a person should not shoot anybody.

Which the attitude becomes people basically care about themselves with little regard for anyone else, so you do not care about me then I do not care about you, and then the attitude is get all you can get and forget everyone else.
America has much money, and material things, fleshy pleasures, worldliness, and entertainment, and the people are pursuing those things.
And has caused much exaltation of people who think they are something special as they are elevated in society, with high paying jobs, pro sports, movie and television actors, can buy much property and land, and exaltation in many fields, so they have developed a high sense of selfishness, and exalt themselves, and want to take and take, which they do not like each other that much because of that atmosphere.
But that is the attitude the American government wants, and they loved the counter culture movement.
And Trump represents all the rebellious type people that are outspoken, do not take crap, cutting people down, against corruption in government, and media, which he represents the common person in America.
But I also do not like Democrats, and many people do not understand that Republican and Democrat are working together for it is the Hegel System, along with America and Russia working together.
And they will cooperate to bring the people, and the world together.

The clip is terrible, and played poorly, but watching it again it played out better. Still, the first shot was fired while both men were hidden behind the front of the truck. It is only when they come in view you can see Arbery is wrestling for the gun which has already been fired, and is fired twice again, again, out of view.
