No, if you watch the video it is very clear that this man initiated an assault upon them, so he is not innocent. It doesn't really matter whether or not he is actually the person the broke into the homes (though there are some pretty compelling videos of this also), because it is not a crime to stop someone and ask them something. It is a crime it physically assault someone though.

Racism is a fakecrime because it is purely subjective and based upon deceptions, opinions, and emotions. This is why Satan's children, the children of the lie, cleave to such fakecrimes quite a bit in this day and age and they don't ever do that which is right nor that which is just. They are outraged by fakecrimes, which are essentially lies, but when actual evil things are done they are always so silent, or even will defend the wicked.
Let me ask you question. If 2 people holding shot guns confronts you, how would you feel? Threatened? Under GA law that is enough for self defense.

Racism isnt fake if it is proven. Tell me what was the motives of the KKK?

Are saying races do not exist?
Or hatred towards other groups?
Races exist, the sons of Noah are the fathers of the races.

The whole idea of racism as a crime is what is fakecrime. Fakecrime is very popular today, they are essentially crimes of opinions.

Doesn't matter how I'd feel, hurting people's feelings is not a real crime, and their feelings are usually just lies. Sensuality, which is one's feelings and emotions, is the great enemy of the mind of God.

So you think people have not killed other people solely on the basis of their race and no other reason?

Of course people have fought and killed eachother based on race, after all the original meaning of the word nation is race. A fair portion of the Bible is devoted to wars based primarily upon race, because that is the original way of nations and politics. You will find what the modern society believes is virtuous is often the opposite of what the Bible presents as virtuous.

Well of course their favorite fakecrime and narrative gets deflated pretty quickly by the video. Probably why they don't show the full video and have gone to great lengths to scrub it from the internet.
I just watched a 44sec clip and it doesn't make any sense so I tend to agree with you for the time being .. I'll let it play out for a while and see ..

Satanic, evil people are everywhere. There are God’s Children, and satan’s . There is only the human race. Scripture says we are ALL one blood.
Exceedingly disturbing, and evil story. But because of the victim and perpetrators skin color , this story won’t get msm coverage. If this doesn’t anger and break your heart, you are not a human:https://www.citizenfreepress.com/br...utally-beats-patients-with-blows-to-the-head/

Georgia stand your ground law says

Justifiable Use of Force
  • You can use force when you reasonably believe that the force is necessary in order to protect yourself or a third party against another person's imminent use of unlawful force.
  • The scope of the force that you can use depends on whether you reasonably believe that the type of force is necessary to defend yourself or a third party.
  • You may use deadly force only if you reasonably believe that such force is necessary to prevent death or great bodily harm to you, or to another, or to prevent the commission of a forcible felony.
When the Use of Deadly Force is Not Justified
  • If you're the initial aggressor
  • You're committing, attempting to commit, or leaving after you have committed/attempted a felony
You could argue to say he was the initial aggressor but you could also argue that he having 2 men with shotguns, no badges, who confronts him. He had a reasonable reason to believe he needed to defend himself. He didn't know their intentions.

It is getting national coverage. It is heartbreaking. As the facts stand it was a innocent life within the facts. For all we know he was looking to steal or stole something the night before out of another neighborhood but by facts alone in this case. He was innocent.

The 44 second clip should be the full video. I had seen the full video months a go actually before it largely was scrubbed from the internet.

What it all comes down to is that the two men who finally were arrested were the initial aggressors by attempting to illegally detain the man they ultimately killed.

They had no legal right to detain him because under Georgia law (as in most states) in order for them to place him under citizens arrest (which they claim is the case) they must have personally seen him commit a felony which they did not (they only suspected him). Ultimately (had they not killed him) they could have been charged under Georgia law for kidnapping.

It doesn't matter whether Arbery really was the one breaking into houses, this is really just a sidepoint, perhaps the lawyers if they can prove Arbery was the black man in the videos breaking into the houses, that they will simply use this to support the motive of the white men. But their motive really doesn't matter too much.

The crux of the matter is that it is not illegal to ask a person questions or try to talk to them, even if you talk to them in a way that hurts their little feelings. It is illegal to physically assault someone. If you start pummeling them and try to take their gun and they shoot you to death, that's your own fault, you brought about your own death.

It really begs the question; Should the white men have just let Arbery beat them, take their gun, and possibly shoot them to death? As ridiculous as the question sounds, that's basically what it boils down to.

This is really something. One would think you were there as a witness.

All you have to do is watch the video, it's very clear cut. It is very easy to see why the judge initially ruled how he did when you see the full video.

It really is not that clear cut at all ... one would need 360 degree view to see the full situation.
