Hello,

I'm a new remote Seminary student...I'll sweat the specifics on the what where for an appropriate time. There may be an moment or three where I would wish to engage a handful of individuals...tbd...on some themes for a group study of different kinds (part of why I joined to start.) I'm 'hoping' or guessing or however you will that proposing such...perhaps in the study section...and requesting some participants with an outline of the particulars. I'd be looking to do these per Zoom or such I'm guessing...so, anyway, floating this as a question to ask for feedback on acceptability and probable support (or not)?

Cordial feedback welcome...

If I had any idea of what you are trying to say, it would sound interesting I suppose

What is Zoom? I'm all set for the limited duration aspect. Glad to have you onboard. Welcome to CC.

Another option is Google Meets, I think it works much better

With Zoom you need to download the software.

A cursory search provided this info: Zoom Video Communications, Inc. is an American communications technology company which provides videotelephony and online chat services through a cloud-based peer-to-peer software platform. It is used for teleconferencing, telecommuting, distance education, and social relations. (Doctors have patient appointments with it now, during COVID.) Founded in 2011 and launched in 2013, it's aggressive revenue growth and perceived ease-of-use and reliability of its software resulted in a $1 billion valuation in 2017, making it a "unicorn" company.

You won't find many on this site eager to go off site with a brand new user that hasn't taken the time to show their character and beliefs.
Or that speaks in a way that no one has a clue what you're saying.

We shall see...in the meantime, maybe give a look at 1 Peter 4:9...;)
