I suppose you will say we need to do works in order to "continue in the faith"?
Not sure what the fuss is?? Works are not a problem for me: I like doing good works for the Lord!

I am sure that if I "continue in the faith" that I will be doing works that show my faith.

It feels a little to me like as if someone told me "you need to eat in order to live" -- well, eating is not a problem for me: I sort of enjoy it!

Show me any type of fruit scripture shows us that he bore while out in the world

Having said this parables really shouldn't be over analyzed, they are stories to reveal certain truths... imho

Yep, but he stop being prodigal before he die. Just like every one of us, no fruit before accepting Christ, but as soon as accepting Christ, we bear a fruit. A fruit is love, it may only God know. But some time love show itself to other human, in the form of helping the needy

That is when he stopped being a prodigal and came back

The parable does not give those specifics...but in real life if a believer is backsliden >>>being a prodigal, the "fruit of spirit" are still a part of them and it seems rather silly to try and decide to what degree they are being manifested.

Again what fruit? Not just what you think, and what is silly is you thinking a person living in sin is bearing fruit
I was a prodigal for 5 years and I can attest. I bore no fruit the HS was chastening me at that time not working through me to bear fruit

John 15

5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
6 If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.

Jesus never lie and He say
He that abide in Him bear the fruit
Mean He that not abide in Him not bear fruit and burn into fire or hell or not go to heaven

Why the "but"? I ever said man in his natural state has spiritual faith.
You seem determined to read things into my posts that are simply not there.
I am sorry, if I misunderstood, with my answer in post 347. I thought you said that regeneration happens when the natural man "places his faith in Christ". It sounded like you were saying that regeneration would not have happened if the natural man had not placed his faith in Christ first.

No matter how many times you insist

No one is made alive while still under the penalty of sin

Justification must precede regeneration or more precisely, regeneration is the result of being justified (Being cleared its made right with god by the forgiveness of sin which is the cause of our spiritual death) and scripture time and time again says we are justified by faith.
And not Jesus faith if it was the result of Jesus faith all mankind would be saved because I am quite sure Jesus has enough faith for everyone
But Christ only died for those that God gave him, and every person that Christ died for will live with him in heaven, without the lose of one.

So do you think that you are one of those that does not sin no more? Jesus commanded us not to sin, but says that no man is without sin. He, himself, is the only man that has no sin.

Hearing comes first, spiritual faith is a fruit of the Holy Spirit, and is given to indwell within us in regeneration. Our spiritual faith comes gradually and builds as we become more knowledgeable of the gospel. Only his sheep hear his voice, not the natural man.

So hearing come first. It mean unbeliever or unfaithful able to hear the word of God and decide if he accept It or not, if he accepted than Jesus come along with love. Love is the fruit of Holy Spirit that dwell in him, it may not seen, but it's there along with Jesus.
So I believe as soon as Jesus dwell in us, we bear the fruit/love.
I don't believe Jesus dwell in a person and make him a hater or racism. Jesus make person love other.
One again, love may not mean help other, some time a person love other but don't have anything to help other. As long as he have love, it consider the fruit of the Holy Spirit

Adam was true son of God and his offspring was and will, but when he not obey, God drive out from the garden of Eden.

1 cor 6

10 Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

No thieves inherit kingdom, is that mean except His son?
You have to add the Word to come to that conclusion, you have to change.

If I can, I like to make it easy, but no body able to change the Word
