Please pray for my 14 year old son Elijah

As I have no children, I can't imagine the amount of your worries. But you know that God is looking out for him, because satan walks around and tries to devour us in every moment, he hates every soul alive. If satan had his way entirely, we would have all been dead already in various disasters, nuke buttons would have been pushed by crazy dictators and planet already blown up and humanity wiped out. But that will not happen because God doesn't will it. I'm just saying to encourage you, that God is watching for you, and is able to watch over him and keep him, and that you can rest in confidence.

Praying in Jesus' name that he will realize the foolishness of his current path quickly, and come back home. Asking the Holy Spirit to intercede and keep him away from the life of crime or any further trouble. Show him the truth, God. Comfort Elijah's mother too so she will have complete peace as you bring him home safely and unharmed. Amen

I pray Elijah comes to terms with his situation and remembers Jesus and you are the ones who love him and that he turns to Jesus to become a great man of God with a powerful testimony and heart to reach others in Jesus name .. Amen

I just want to encourage all who have and are praying for Elijah... God is really moving in this situation... I am overwhelmed by how He is leading and reassuring me, and He is revealing things to me daily... this is spiritual warfare and I am so grateful to you all for praying for us... this battle is not over but I can see victory ahead as I press on.
Last night I was able to speak to Elijah in the phone, I have let him know he is loved so much... I think he is very addicted, and also controlled by others but we war not against flesh and blood.

So where is this 14 year old child at this time? Is he missing? Has the police been notified?
Who is controlling him? And where is he at? Did you order him to come home or you will go and collect him?

Police don’t have the answer Kim, he needs a change of heart... I’ve had over 2 years of going to Police...
Drugs and other mentally ill kids are controlling him.
He doesn’t do what I order him to do, he refuses to come home. I can’t collect him he is too old for that and is about a foot taller than me ... but I am seeing answered prayer from the One who really does have the answers... praise His Name xx

I just wanted to give an update on Elijah to all you kind, dear brothers and sisters who are praying... I have seen many answered prayers in this past week and have actually seen Elijah and been able to buy him food and clothing twice; honestly this is a miracle. I also have had amazing opportunities to say the odd thing to him to guide him and he has accepted my words; he even gave me one of his apple pies in Mcdonalds.

It’s been a demanding, tiring week but one of progress, as purely by the Lord’s grace I have been able to make in-roads that were impossible 2 weeks ago.

This is spiritual warfare but the Lord is fighting for me and I have seen Him take down walls in this situation that only He could have. I am praying for more ways to be made, this coming week.

OK sis I see what you're saying. So sorry for what you're going through... I'll pray that God will keep you strong as you fight for your boy, and that things will be sorted out. May God watch over Elijah and keep him safe until he comes home.

I’m sorry I have to bring a sad update, but today I took Elijah for his tooth out. When I picked him up it was obvious he is still on drugs and he was not in a good frame of mind. On the way home the pain worsened and he became so aggressive, shouting and swearing at me so much he made me cry; he then shouted even more at me for crying. I was so afraid of him I had to get out of my car in the middle of a busy main road; I was in a dreadful state. He eventually got out of the car and walked to where he was going.
I am sharing this in the hope that you will pray... only the Lord can fight this battle against the powers of darkness, but I know He is greater than he that is in the world.

Don't feel discouraged Butterflyy, the enemy only thinks he's having a win. Watch what the Lord will do. When things look and feel the worst that's when the Lord shows up and does the impossible

Sorry to hear about your ordeal. I hope that you are feeling a little better now after what happened.

But may God bless you for taking him to get the tooth removed. Don't worry about him walking the test of the way, as long as he got to where he was going safely then that's OK.
