There I was, no lie. Every pair of work pants I own, are, simply put ...... tatered. Can't even put change in the
pockets. Soooo says I, "i'm gonna buzz on down to the thrift store, n buy some".

I'm thinkin as I walk in, "mask, mask, mask"
Ugh, there they are, two of em, wearin masks.

Now this mask wearin does some weird things to me. I'm sure there is a medical term or two to
describe said weird things. I dunno.

So I donned my mask (cut inner lining from an old over coat, black n silky, bandanna if u will) .
Then preceded to shop.

Fair enough to say, Ima bit flustered. Looked around, made sure I was in the men's section, found
tried on, fit, record time.

Until the next day at work.....................
Uh...... not alota room to work with here, n the front pockets r kinda .....................small.

I'm not sure, but my new work pants might be designed, for ladies.

And of course I threw the receipt away, immediately.

They don't even fit well with my long johns.

So the question is twofold, maybe three, have you ever had a purchase mishap? Did you just roll with it?

And I heard that nylons are super warm, is that true? ( that's a question for the ladies, I hope)

I wouldn't be surprised if they are men's pants because all the clothes now are made to fit girly men.

Find the receipt, the big thrift store here has a 2 week return policy. Plan B, go again and learn from past lesson what you don't want in pants.

Isn't it a given work pants are to be tattered? It ain't a fashion show, it's work. :p ;)

Well, you did try them on before you purchased them. No surprise as to the fit sans longJ's.
One way to tell women's pants is the rise at the crotch level. No room for men, if you get my drift.

The good news is, hey look! You have a wonderful donation after washing for the Goodwill. Yay!
It is a blessing waiting to be discovered. And then you may make another trip to the thrift store and this time find the perfect pair. A blessing in return if you will. :)

"Regrets, I've had a few
But then again, too few to mention"

So this thread is about buyer's remorse... Yeah I've regretted buying a few things. Speakers that didn't put out. Laptops on Craigslist. But the one thing that sticks most in my mind was that chocolate bar. Ugh, that chocolate bar!

I was cruising through the salvage grocery store one day. Most people go to the bent-n-dent to save money. I go to find interesting things I would never see at the normal supermarket. On this particular day I didn't see any sauces or jellies or refried beans that caught my eye... and then I saw an unfamiliar chocolate bar. What? A chocolate bar I have never tried before? I must rectify this immediately! So I bought it and tried it as soon as I got to the car.

All I can say is, while people of other nations feel sorry for the USA and our hershey "chocolate," I pity the people in Mexico who think the Carlos V bar is real chocolate. It tasted like mostly corn syrup solids, low-fat milk and chemicals.

And to answer the second part of the question, no I did NOT just roll with it. I didn't even take a second bite.

What's that? Eli is in need of a fresh supply of secondhand women's pants? No judgments here.

And, you're just in luck. One of my fall to-do lists is cleaning out my closet, so I'm pretty sure the environment will love me for sending all my old pants to you instead of just tossing them out. The only thing is, seeing as I'm 5'1", I'm guessing they'll be a little... short.

No worries! Just tell your burling, manly work buddies that you're going for that "BeachSide Capri" look. Who says you can't swing a hammer in style!

As for nylons (panty hose,) I have a couple pairs that are probably 15 year old (I despise them,) but... only if you promise not to go around wearing them on your head.

Then again, we're all having to wear masks anyway, so I suppose a guy wearing panty hose on his head wouldn't nearly as suspicious as it might have been 6 months ago.

Oh, and please, save the fishnets just for special occasions.

I never have understood that look... They're called skinny jeans, not make-you-skinny jeans. :p

i bought metallic brush markers from a brand i didn't know much about. they're all right, but i should have just waited to buy the markers i saw reviews on. the only good thing is that i had a coupon for 40% off the regular price, so... yeah.

you could just wear your shorts with leggings underneath. Nobody will know the difference except the people staring at your legs.

I don't know if someone said this, but are there pockets? If pockets cease to exist they are girls pants. At some point, I apparently lost the ability to have pockets because I'm a girl???

With all the buttons off, and pulled a lil lower, they almost feel like mens pants.
