Your claim is false, the NASB is in the lineage of the American Standard Version 1901, that used the 1881 Westcott Hort Greek Text, this text has absolutely nothing to do with the KJV or The Textus Receptus, but follows the Alexandrian Greek Text, Sinaticus, and Vaticanus both from Egypt

The 1995 NASB follows the Greek Text created by Adulterer Kurt Aland (Novum Testamentum Graece) also known as the NA26th

Your 100% Wrong, And Speaking Out Of Ignorance, I Have Studied The Subject For Decades
I guess in your decades of study you never bothered to read what the translators said about their own work.
You are speaking from ignorance and your reference to the sexual immorality of some kirk whom ever is a bit hypocritical in this discussion. It's well know king james' sexual immorality.

I primarily use the NIV for study and daily reading because of its popularity. But I also use the ESV and NKJV because they are the translations of some very wonderful study Bibles
I am curious to know some favourite Bible translations of other Christians and why they chose them.
Berean Study Bible. It's sentence structure and grammar seems a little closer the the ways my friends and I really talk. I was an NIV #1'st lover for decades But fan for decades and I and some friends now prefer the BSB over NIV, (not much more) You can download it free also. I did and use it daily.

I Have Studied The Subject For Decades, As I Stated (Several Times) The NOVUM TESTAMENTUM GRAECE
Is The Supprting Greek Text

NASB Copyright Holder, (Lockman Foundation Website Link)

NASB 1995 TEXTUAL BASIS

For the Old Testament: The latest edition of Rudolf Kittel’s BIBLIA HEBRAICA was employed together with the research from lexicography, cognate languages, and the Dead Sea Scrolls.

For the New Testament: Consideration was given to the latest available manuscripts with a view to determining the best Greek text. In most instances the 26th edition of Eberhard Nestle’s NOVUM TESTAMENTUM GRAECE was followed.

The Greek Interlinear for the NASB is the Nestle Aland 28th Novum Testamentum Graece
In the end they are all Westcott & Hort. You can see this for yourself on Bible Hub. And when they claim that they used the Masoretic Text, that too is a false claim. Kittel's Biblica Hebraica is a corrupted form of the Masoretic Text.

Please go here for more information on our expertise.
That expertise is similar to the expertise of all the COVID experts. Misleading.

What you should know is that ever since Westcott & Hort's time, almost all critics and scholars adopted their false ideas hook, line, and sinker. And even evangelical and fundamentalist bible schools, seminaries, churches, and pastors went along with the deception.

Every modern bible version goes right back to Codex Vaticanus (B) and Codex Sinaiticus (Aleph) -- the two most corrupt Greek manuscripts (which only survived because they were set aside by those who recognized their worthlessness). Kindly study The Revision Revised by Dean John William Burgon.

Interesting, i'd like to check that one out. For some reason sentence structure is really important for me to grasp what is being said. I can go over something slowly but if the sentence structure is a certain way, I find it difficult to understand. Someone once said ESV is one of the best translations so I bought one, I just couldn't get into it, still sitting in my drawer.
Now this is what this thread is for, sharing..Not debating the same thing over and over again.

So now you discredit your own reference. I quoted that from the web site you quoted to show you that your reference was faulty.lol

By what line of reasoning do you draw your conclusion? All you have done is quoted two versions.
Here's another .
1 cor 1.21
For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.

NASB
For since in the wisdom of God the world through its wisdom did not come to know God, God was well-pleased through the foolishness of the message preached to save those who believe.

NIV
For since in the wisdom of God the world through its wisdom did not know him, God was pleased through the foolishness of what was preached to save those who believe.
ESV
For since, in the wisdom of God, the world did not know God through wisdom, it pleased God through the folly of what we preach to save those who believe

Is God pleased by preaching a message that's foolish or is the preaching ( method) deemed foolish ?

Unbelievable! Thanks for bringing that up.

Ok so they used Eberhard Nestle's Novum Graece, This edition was adopted by the British and Foreign Bible Society, replacing the Textus Receptus. After a few years this edition received worldwide recognition as the best edition of the Greek New Testament. This edition took the place which formerly belonged to the Textus Receptus and became a "New Textus Receptus".
One bit of info I didn't know, was that they had replaced the textus receptus.
But it is right there in the references I posted.
I also looked up this Kurk Aland. Y'all attacked him as an adulterer because he has got divorced and remarried. Not that he even matters to this conversation. The edition he was involved in is called the Eberhard Aland edition. And it came out in 1993.
So what do you have against the Eberhard Nestle greek text?

That's a good question. The context actually is different there. I will have to research text in the greek to see how it is worded.

I don't think it's been in print yet, but you can download it. If you want to compare many samples, side by side, verse by verse go to Bible Hub: Search, Read, Study the Bible in Many Languages , IMO, it's better than even Bible gateway. bible hub - Bing .

This is only slightly better. You are assuming that the KJV is the correct translation, on no other evidence than familiarity. The question about whether preaching itself is foolish, or the message is foolish, is a red herring.

Mine is the publisher. Let's see who we should trust, a web site in which literally anyone can make a claim.
Or the people who did the work.

It's quite a shame that in your decades of study, you have neither learned how to type, "you're", nor how to capitalize words in a sentence properly. Also, you have not learned how to be gracious in disagreement. Maybe you should have spend less time studying and more with Jesus.

Thanks, I'm fully aware of the (Complete) history concerning these texts

Rudolf Kittel, Hitlers High Priest Changed the Masoretic Hebrew Text

Yes the corrupt Kittle Hebrew Text as you state is used by the new translations, his Nazi son Gerhard Kittel Carried out his works to his death in 1948 at the age of 59
