Innocent by association…

I never thought that being wholesome was boring.I remember when I was a child how I always wanted to be good, but never quite hit the mark. I was always one of those goody two-shoe wannabes.

You see, I have a natural inclination to the wild side of life, liking the free spirited joy that comes with just living it up. It took me years to realize that to truly live it up means reaching our souls to Him.

I value so very much how blessed we are as believers and followers of Christ, that we get to have the only One who is pure dwelling inside. Because of His natural inclination, we get to be seen as innocent by God.

Whoa…:O!!! How awesome is that...very, such a privilege, such an honor!!!

I don't know about you, but my inner self desperately needs His help, day in and day out.

Help us this day to bless You dear Lord. Help us to walk with you, to abide in You. Thank You so much for blessing us richly with Your abiding.

I think if we were all being honest we'd agree with that comment. All except the perfectly sinless ones in here ;)

I have observed the older a person gets, the less adventure and excitement matter and the more comfort and security matter.

That is why wholesome = boring when one is young, and why it takes so long to learn why being good is a good thing.
