But nebuchadnezzar is not, he is in the depths of hell, along with cain, nimrod, and many others that will be resurrected and cast into the lake of fire at the 10th dispensation..

Hell is the ghost world were everyone who dies in this earth go to. Children of the kingdom are carried into Abrahams Bosom, while tares are sucked into the depths of hell.
