How do you overcome spiritual denomic forces

Hi all im trying understand the main teachings of Jesus christ, I feal that most of the bible including the old testiment is a set of instructions on overcoming spiritual wicked forces and staying healthy and healing the sick etc which is spread out and seperated all over the bible.
We see sciptures about anointing and how to pray, all helpfull for growing riches in the heart.
We also see scriptures about incense, I read that insense (fresh smelling fragrances) can be used in overcoming evil spirits.
I wondered if anyone used incense here and what you use and how affordable it is and whether you had any success.
I also wondered if anyone here has had any experience with evil spirits. and whether youve had success in beating them. I also would like to hear from anyone who has Good advice from the bible or good coping mechanisms to stay strong in mind and heart to overcoming denomic forces.
I read that a lot of people are unaware there getting there thoughts messed about with by denomic forces.
I wondered if anyone had any knowledge on identifying whether you do have an evil spirit effecting you.

Ephesians 6:10-18KJV
10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Jesus Christ Is Lord

My understanding from the Word teaches me that incense represents the prayers of the saints, a sweet smell the goes up to the nostrils of out Maker.

Best thing is focusing on Jesus thru meditating on His Word and not on demonic things.

Like fleeing from addiction.. you dont look at what you are addicted to but something else.. Jesus.

One Holy Spirit inspired writer once wrote "the weakest saint can set demons to flight simply by getting on his knees." Of course, Scripture says the same thing: "The effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much."

Reading the Bible without some guidance can lead to some strange places. It's good to start with the basics and build from there. The old testament is primarily the story of God's dealings with ancient Israel. The covenant He made with them on Sinai in Exodus was made with ancient Israel; the laws were for Israel, not for modern Christians. For us, though it is relevant, it is history. Christians are not "under" the laws given to Israel. Instead, we have the Holy Spirit living within us; He leads us from within to make choices that please God.

While there are certainly demonic forces at work in the world, human sinfulness is far more common and probably far more destructive. For a humorous but insightful look at demonic activity, I would recommend you read C.S. Lewis' The Screwtape Letters. For more serious treatment, I'd suggest you read through the gospels, Acts, and Ephesians.

This world is a spiritual battlefield, and from the garden of Eden forward, our adversaries have been Satan and demonic powers.
Evil/unclean spirits must be overcome in the spiritual realm, so I personally don't believe that something like incense is of any value when it comes to spiritual warfare.
By the grace of God, I have more than 30 years of success in overcoming demonic forces under my belt, so I should hopefully be able to offer you some sound Biblical advice going forward.
One of the main areas of spiritual warfare is our minds.

Paul said:

II Corinthians chapter 10

[3] For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
[4] (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds)
[5] Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
[6] And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

The weapons of our warfare are NOT carnal, but rather spiritual because we are warring against demonic spirits. Such spirits will negatively affect our imaginations, will exalt themselves against or above the knowledge of God, and will influence us negatively in relation to our own obedience to Christ if we give place to them in our lives. God has not only provided a means of deliverance from the same through Christ, but has also provided us with the necessary spiritual armor to effectively resist and overcome the same.

Again, by the grace of God, I have plenty of knowledge in relation to the same, BUT I'll more than likely discuss that with you privately as opposed to publicly because there are many people on this forum who will rail against the same. My goal here (on this forum and in life in general) is to potentially help people. I'm not the least bit interested in strife or contention.

Incense was introduced into the church because the people stank
demons are much more afraid of the true believer than true believers are of them .... they know that in Jesu's name we have victory over them.
Draw nigh unto God and He will draw nigh unto thee and the devil will flee from you.

I still have spiritual warfare battles wow I had it since I was 17 oh my goodness
