I wish I didn't exist, I wish I more knowledgeable of who and what I believe in, I want salvation but I had taken that away from that from me due to combo of fear, spite, impulses and being histrionic, thinking like those who do not truly believe or understand god and and the what ifs. I want to be saved and I really do but I had surf on the internet looking for answer but I am pretty sure I am a lost cause. Heck I was planning on going to heaven for a the very wrong reason like for family not god.

You won't find salvation on the internet but perhaps in the bible. Salvation comes only from the shed blood of Jesus dying for your confessed sins and repentance from the Holy Spirit living inside of your heart to comfort and guide you. If you are worried about committing an unforgivable sin than you didn't commit it.

Seriously, how many people do you imagine have pure motives for asking for salvation? We are wise to fear God and His judgement. All we need to do is agree with God's judgement that we are sinners with no hope of saving ourselves. Then we ask Him to save us. God knows our heart, that's why He gives us a new one. No one is righteous as far as God is concerned. If He is willing to save someone who went around murdering Christians (the apostle Paul), He can sure save you.

As to whether you committed the unforgiveable sin; generally, if you are worried about it, you haven't.

Someone who truly has won't care.

That sin is committed by people who truly hate Christ. They hate everything He stand for and represent. Their hearts are hardened to a point that they would rather He be dead. They do not seek Him nor do they want to seek Him. They would never advise another person to seek Him because they believe He is a fraud. They definitely would not be worried if they have offended him. They live to offend him. This is not you. You have no sin too great that Christ will not forgive. Trust in His finished work on the Cross! That His atonement for sin truly will cover your sin and everybody else's! You say you want more knowledge? You must dig deep into your Bible. Start with the doctrine of justification. If you need a little guidance I'd be happy to help.

As some of the others have said, you wouldn't care if you had committed the unforgivable sin.
You are a human with flaws. You have a relationship with God. It might be in a rocky place right now but you are not lost!
If you could see all our souls you would be able to see we are all flawed & still works of God under construction.
You are not the only one.

I agree with everyone else- you wouldn't be here if you were unforgivable. I wouldn't waste a whole lot of time feeling shame about whatever it is that you- your motivations were wrong?

So, it is true that you need to seek God to seek God. He can't really be a secondary thing- he is jealous... and rightly so. If you love your family... God created your family! He's awesome- like more awesome than anything. And maybe you don't understand that yet, and that's not all your fault.

But I think you'll get it. God is good. Whatever it is that you like- God is better, and you wouldn't have it to like without him anyway.

I say this a lot, but he will reward you for seeking him- you HAVE to believe that. You have to understand that he is forgiving and good. Really, really, good. Do not listen to devils, or other people, or your imagination that say otherwise. GOD WANTS YOU!!!! Okay? Not kidding or exaggerating- serious as the grave.

It's amazing. You pray, believing that he will help you get this sorted out (and that's the hard part, right? because the devils don't want you to understand), and then HE DOES. It's one slice at a time, but the whole pizza is yours. Dig in.

You are not a lost cause. Jesus loves you! If you want to be saved, you can do so today.

In Romans 10:9-10, the Bible says, "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."

You do not have to be good in order to receive salvation. If we had to be good, then no one would be able to make it to heaven! And God knows that. That's why He gave Jesus, His precious gift to mankind.

Jesus came to earth to die for the sins of the whole world. He was beaten and then crucified. After He died, He went to hell for 3 days. While He was there, He defeated sin! Then, on the third day, He rose again!

If you believe that, all you have to do is pray. Ask Jesus to wash away your sins and make you clean. If you do this, then you are saved for good!

No one can ever take that away from you, and no sin that you commit will ever remove you from God's love. When Jesus died on the cross, He paid for your sins past, present, and future. Nothing you can do will ever take your salvation away!
John 10:28 says," And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand."

Also, I'd suggest that you find a good church. A pastor or a godly older person can help you in your walk with God. I would suggest a Baptist church or an E-Free Church.

I will be praying for you that God would lead you to the truth and to someone that can help you find assurance.
God bless you, sister!

When you hit rock bottom, and you feel though, it's a time when the soul is open for prayer.
Find some time alone daily and ask for help.
There will be good listeners here too.

I can relate to your feelings. I was slow in school but it wasn't because I didn't try. Now they have a name for it. Picked on by students all my life & some teachers. But as I got older, I discovered that I didn't have to please anyone but God. We are here by His grace & our bodies are not our own, but borrowed from God as we live our lives on this earth. A lady at work told me I was ugly & I told her that to say that was putting God down. He made me. If you put someone down you are putting down what God created. We are not perfect, none of us. I just try to keep a positive attitude & trust that God will lead me through it. Words hurt, people hurt, but God heals & is there for you. Always remember that. You are a strong person & I believe you will overcome what you are going through.

No, you didn't commit the unpardonable sin. The unpardonable sin is addressed in the Gospel of Matthew. To understand the 'unpardonable sin', blasphemy against the Holy Spirit you need to read and understand Matthew 12:22-32. In this Scripture reading, Jesus has just expelled a demon. The witnesses to this claim that Jesus did this only by the help of Satan/Beelzebub.
At this point, Jesus explains that He did not do it by means of Satan. Jesus is accusing the witnesses of the expelling of the demon of the 'UNPARDONABLE SIN/BLASPHEMY OF THE SPIRIT' the sin of attributing the works of God, Jesus, and the Spirit to Satan. And, Clear River, you didn't cross that line. The Scripture passage about the unpardonable sin must be read in it's contest to understand it. Read below:
Matthew 12:22–32
English Standard Version

Blasphemy Against the Holy Spirit
22 Then a demon-oppressed man who was blind and mute was brought to him, and he healed him, so that the man spoke and saw. 23 And all the people were amazed, and said, “Can this be the Son of David?” 24 But when the Pharisees heard it, they said, “It is only by Beelzebub, the prince of demons, that this man casts out demons.” 25 Knowing their thoughts, ahe said to them, “Every kingdom divided against itself is laid waste, and no city or house divided against itself will stand. 26 And if Satan casts out Satan, he is divided against himself. How then will his kingdom stand? 27 And if I cast out demons by Beelzebub, by whom do your sons cast them out? Therefore they will be your judges. 28 But if it is by the Spirit of God that I cast out demons, then the kingdom of God has come upon you. 29 Or how can someone enter a strong man’s house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man? Then indeed he may plunder his house. 30 Whoever is not with me is against me, and whoever does not gather with me scatters. 31 Therefore I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven people, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven. 32 And whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come.

The Gospel of Mark also echo's Matthew's Gospel in pointing out that 'Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit' is the sin of attributing the work of the Holy Spirit to Satan. Read Mark:

Mark 3:20–30
English Standard Version

20 Then he went home, and the crowd gathered again, so that they could not even eat. 21 And when his family heard it, they went out to seize him, for they were saying, “He is out of his mind.”
Blasphemy Against the Holy Spirit
22 And the scribes who came down from Jerusalem were saying, “He is possessed by Beelzebub,” and “by the prince of demons he casts out the demons.” 23lAnd he called them to him and said to them in parables, “How can Satan cast out Satan? 24 If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. 25 And if a house is divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand. 26 And if Satan has risen up against himself and is divided, he cannot stand, but is coming to an end. 27 But no one can enter a strong man’s house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man. Then indeed he may plunder his house.
28 “Truly, I say to you, all sins will be forgiven the children of man, and whatever blasphemies they utter, 29 but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin”— 30 for they were saying, “He has an unclean spirit.”

Good day, Clear River,

Regarding the title of your post, in order to commit the unforgiveable sin, you would have to proclaim, just as the Jewish leaders did, that Jesus was casting out demons through the prince of demons. Since Jesus was casting out demons through the Spirit of God, they were calling the Holy Spirit unclean and that was the unforgivable sin. Therefore, you would have to be making the same claim as the Jewish leaders in order to commit the same unforgiveable sin.

To be clear, you can't commit the unforgiveable sin by accident.

Context, context, context!

Thank you
