I HAVE NOT had ANY soda ( sugary / carbonated /caffeinated) beverage in just over a week :)......
first few days were a little rough (as I wasn't feeling 100% to begin with). Headaches, withdrawals, cravings.
But I'm doing great now :D
Longest I've ever gone without is 2 weeks, but that was giving up the one that was my "fave" and replacing it with other sodas. This week has been NONE......
only water and already my energy is starting to rev up (without the aid of caffeine), sleep is (somewhat) improving, and body physically feeling better.
Oh, I should add NO FAST FOOD either.

Ill also add that I can’t drink coffee anymore, since I had covid, it had literally messed with my taste buds and Now I can’t stand coffee. Either hot, or iced.. black or with cream and sugar. It’s just gone. So I’m back to also either small amounts of energy drinks (Yes… there are healthy ones out there) and or water.

*stupid covid 😤*

I feel like that if I dont have my pancake coffee and also now that my hols is over :(
Good on you for giving up the soda and junk food. I will have to stop the donut and cake postings :unsure::coffee:

Oregon is a strong team every year. Growing up in Michigan I am a Wolverines and Spartans fan. Oh yeah, a Detroit Lions fan too, pathetic as they are, always pulling defeat out of the jaws of victory.
Well the Oregon Ducks have done really well, but the Beavers have been having a tough time for awhile. Then lasts years game against the Ducks!! And this season has been really great. I like it. its cool to see a team work together and get some recognition. We'll see how it goes.....that game against Wash Huskies stressed me out! Let's see if they get to go to the Rose Bowl!!!

I want o say :sick: at the thought BUT
I have come to like kale (sort of).....
and one of my kiddos like green ( A LOT- well the color, not so much the natural foods) so the just right recipe for those would trick him into eating LOTS more healthy stuff.

I don't see any slices of hard-boiled eggs. Good looking cherry tomatoes though. Gonna put some ranch dressing on it. Hmm...yeah, bacon crumbles too. It's a no brainer.
