I don't want to watch a full indoctrination series. I have no interest in studying the flat earth theory in depth.

I'm just mildly curious how y'all fit eclipses into your theories.

Is there part of those videos that mentions eclipses? If so, which part of which video?

Just a few words of explanation would be better though. I'm a nerd so I blow through data caps like certain teens blow through speed zones... so my data is currently crippled until the next phone bill month. A few words would be much easier to view than a video.

As for the Greeks, circular reasoning leads to circular conclusions. In their calculation of Earth's diameter, they assumed a spherical Earth. Therefore, this cannot be used as "proof" the Earth is a ball. The same calculations can be done for a Flat Earth, and it simply "proves" the sun is closer and/or smaller than the heliocentric theory requires.

First of all - [macro] evolution is not true.

If you say you know it is not true - why are you trying to reason based on something you do not believe is true?

Second - what if - just, what if - "moving forward" is a matter of the discovery of the true nature of the world we live in - where worldwide conspiracy does exist and the "dumbed-down masses" are those who will not open their eyes and see the truth...???

The rest are too afraid to open their eyes because they don't want to have to deal with what they will see if they open their eyes and "just look" at the true nature of the world we live in.

I think people don't need any help being dumber. Indolence alone will do the job. Make life easier and we get softer. (Mind you, I'm not saying I WANT a harder life...)

I'm still fuzzy on the whole matter of who benefits from the big conspiracy. If the earth is flat, where is the motive in making people believe it is round? Who profits, and how?

Also eclipses. I'm still curious about eclipses and FE theories.
