After Rev. 4 the Church is not mentioned, where are they? Is it possible the trumpet that called up John in Rev. 4 represents the rapture of the Church and then the book of Rev. begins to unfold?

Did you read the words of the Lord in 1 Thess 4:13-18 ???

JESUS said no raptured Saints in Heaven until His Coming.

NO, I didn't read that in 1 Thes. 4:13-18, you need to point that out for us!

What I did read in 1 Thes. 5:9 is Paul telling the church that "God has not appointed us to wrath (the tribulation) but to obtain salvation by our Lord."

AMEN to ALL of Scripture Brother - 100% 1 Thess 5:9 = We are not appointed to God's wrath

So why do you reject 1 Thess 4:13-18 ???

There will be no rapture until HIS Second Coming for the Resurrection FIRST

For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a loud command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will be the first to rise.

After that, we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will always be with the Lord.

It would help if you went through 1 Thes. 4:13-18 and show us exactly what you see and why you see it!

A.) We who are alive have hope for our loved ones in Christ who have died. They are with Christ now and God will bring their spirits/souls with Christ for the Second Coming

Zechariah tells us that 1/3 of the Jews will survive the tribulation. I didn't know that is what you were speaking of. I must have missed some conversation somewhere. Of course, I haven't read the previous conversations you have had on this.

There is no prior coming of the Lord Jesus Christ other then His Second Coming.
Whoever told you that came from religion and is a man-made common teaching, but is error.

Never believe what is told you unless you first confirm it from the Word of God - Scripture.

Now, maybe i'm wrong so can you please bring forth the Scripture that says:
1.) Christ will return more then once - multiple returns of Christ
2.) Christ will rapture His Elect BEFORE the Resurrection

Well we first have to agree on Scripture Itself as the Foundation of Authority over you and me and His Body.

As i know, some do not accept Scripture as the Word of God = His Son and His Authority and His Holy Spirit of Truth.

How do you feel about that?

When the church is taken out (2 Thes. 2:6-7) there is no faith left on earth. But that only lasts for a short period. Millions will be saved during the great tribulation.

I back up my belief from scripture! Now, you're not going to interpret the same as I being you have been taught just the opposite in your approach to scripture. I take the literal approach of hermeneutics whereas you obviously take the symbolized and spiritual approach.

Since the LORD has called us unto Himself, why place a stumbling block (religion) before your Brother???

If you are unable to agree on the Authority of Scripture Itself, how are you able to speak Truth and even know that you are in the Truth???

I am not asking that You take them out of the world, but that You keep them from the evil one. They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world.
Sanctify them by the truth; Your word is truth.
As You sent Me into the world, I have also sent them into the world. For them I sanctify Myself, so that they too may be sanctified by the truth.

Of course I believe that! The scripture has all authority, my point is that as we proceed with your dialogue we will not agree on interpretation. There can be no doubt of that!
