That "pastor" didn't know God at all. If he did, he would have never conned us into feeling the electricity in our arms . . . and the rolling around on the floor with stupid laughter as everyone behind us (who wasn't in the pre-meeting) sat and watched. You're right . . . that man does not believe in God, for if he did, he would know that the Lord could vaporize him in a nanosecond. Poof . . . disintegrated into such small particles that his flesh, though still in existence, would be invisible to the naked eye. THAT is the Power of God.

Same thing with Kenneth Copeland, etc . . . these guys might think they believe, but they don't. However, if they were to have a Damascus-Road-like experience, they would LIVE for the Truth, and integrity, Righteousness, Holiness and Purity. They would Turn from their obvious ways and no longer live for themselves, but live for others.

1 Corinthians 9:22 CSB - "To the weak I became weak, in order to win the weak. I have become all things to all people, so that I may by every possible means save some."

To those who KNOW God, the above passage will embody their lives. The will LIVE the words of 1 Cor 9:22.
I can't remember his name but late one night I was watching t.v. and this man came on who apparently was a famous pastor i instantly got an uneasy feeling about him and then he was selling holy water for 19.00 so i found this odd and did some research on him apparently he was found to be a fraud by none other than his own wife who sold him out he since then has been selling his water in other countries.
But that verse there is a very sobering one for me because I have always been weak I am just a meek person yet in him I found there is a warrior inside me a fire that burns a strength that I didn't have before.

however I am a meek person so many see weakness when they see me but I am weak I won't deny that yet I praise God for my weakness because to understand what real strength is one must first know what real weakness is. I have seen God use my weakness to help others who are weak so now whatever I am be that legally blind weak strong faithful unfaithful no matter what it is I see God use it to reach others.

I have no idea of what you're talking about. I was stating what I believe to be are facts. I have cancer . . . it's going to take a lot more than "that" to get me uptight. I have real issues to deal with. :D
That is an awesome statement! Not that you have cancer but that you used your situation to support and clarify your statement... And you keep good humor. KUDOS!

I totally understand what you have written above. And that weakness . . . it is loved by God! It is evidence of being His Holy Child.

Isaiah 53:2 NKJV - "For He shall grow up before Him as a tender plant, And as a root out of dry ground. He has no form or comeliness; And when we see Him, There is no beauty that we should desire Him."

Thank you! Thank you for NOT telling me that you'll pray for my quick healing. Haha . . . God can do whatever He likes with this body. It isn't mine. If he thinks that my having this silly disease is what is best . . . so be it. In fact, I have been so utterly miserable with my being an alien and stranger in this foreign land, that when I found out that I had cancer, it was a relief. I thought to myself, "Huh. Wouldn't it be amazing if I died and my family found about it AFTER I was already gone?" My family would have been ashamed to learn of my death, despite the fact that they hate me, despite the fact that they are pastors, missionaries, elders, preachers wives, yadda yadda yadda. My death would have exposed them for who they truly are. But me? I have all grace and compassion for them. I forgive them entirely. (I mean it . . . they are still overcome by the Sin Nature, but know nothing about Circumcision of the Heart. Their hearts remain as solid as rocks.)

Romans 12:20 NIV - "On the contrary: "If your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals on his head."

I think it is a blessing to be weak because after all how else are you to understand his strength if there was no need for it? It's because of my weakness that I saw his strength and where I am strong I am even more strong.

But strength is a opinionated term, to some it is to have great faith for others it is to pray without ceasing others still it is to be scripturally sound and informed but to understand what real strength is you must first understand what love is not love as the human heart knows but the love that comes from him alone.

The depth of his love is unimaginable but when one gets a taste of it, when it consums them and lives in themthat is when what it really means to be strong becomes clear.

I know the struggle of cancer myself I had it when I was younger. Perhaps you have it for the same reason I was made legally blind-to be a testimony of his power.

You missed it. Jesus COULDN'T heal because those who could not be healed did not have Faith.
I was just starting to browse through recent postings (there are a few I should reply to) when this one stood out. And I want to share an experience concerning God's love and his desire to give to those who could not receive based on their own faith. (but will have to do that after taking a nap. It's about a missionary, a motorcycle, money, and me. lol Meanwhile...:

Curry Blake points out in his DHT Training series on YouTube that healings are not always based (primarily) on the faith of the "receiving" individual because there is healing involved in raising someone from the dead.. And the person being raised from the dead really doesn't have the opportunity to contribute faith...or even permission. I'm not sure I completely agree but I think it an interesting perspective to consider. Especially based on his track record of being able to manifest healings. (Just food for thought while I'm gone.)

Look at what David and his "Son" Jesus had to say about the Meek . . .

Psalm 37:11 KJV - 11 But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace.
Matthew 5:5 KJV - 5 Blessed [are] the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.

That's how God is. The world doesn't get it. The world wants the Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt bodies; they want to be admired by others. This is how the Lord has kept Himself hidden. The ways of this world are not His Ways. The way this world operates, and it seems SO right . . . is absolutely backward. So, who can endure being the weak and meek one? Can we cope with being teased, as if there were something wrong with us? Can we deal with being chosen last in PE? Can we deal with being hated at work? Will we endure being picked on by those who are popular and admired? Those who are True Children of the Lord WILL Endure, because they have been Enabled to do so.

I am proud of you and your meekness!

I hear you, but that dude doesn't understand the Power of God. When Jesus died, where did He go? What did He do? Right, He went to "prison" and spoke to the Saints. Our spirits aren't dead . . . only the body.

1 Samuel 28:11-16 NKJV - "Then the woman said, "Whom shall I bring up for you?" And he said, "Bring up Samuel for me." 12 When the woman saw Samuel, she cried out with a loud voice. And the woman spoke to Saul, saying, "Why have you deceived me? For you [are] Saul!" 13 And the king said to her, "Do not be afraid. What did you see?" And the woman said to Saul, "I saw a spirit ascending out of the earth." 14 So he said to her, "What [is] his form?" And she said, "An old man is coming up, and he [is] covered with a mantle." And Saul perceived that it [was] Samuel, and he stooped with [his] face to the ground and bowed down. 15 Now Samuel said to Saul, "Why have you disturbed me by bringing me up?" And Saul answered, "I am deeply distressed; for the Philistines make war against me, and God has departed from me and does not answer me anymore, neither by prophets nor by dreams. Therefore I have called you, that you may reveal to me what I should do." 16 Then Samuel said: "So why do you ask me, seeing the LORD has departed from you and has become your enemy?"

Samuel was dead only in Body. The dead are always reachable by Christ. Christ can grant Faith to anyone he wants whether dead or alive. Also, I think I've shared the below passage on this thread three or four times, now. And as said before, it is a Keystone passage set:

Romans 3:25-26 NLT - "For God presented Jesus as the sacrifice for sin. People are made right with God when they believe that Jesus sacrificed his life, shedding his blood. This sacrifice shows that God was being fair when he held back and did not punish those who sinned in times past, 26 for he was looking ahead and including them in what he would do in this present time. God did this to demonstrate his righteousness, for he himself is fair and just, and he declares sinners to be right in his sight when they believe in Jesus."

The men and women of old were given the opportunity to believe in Jesus. They were dead, but still needed to be made Right with God.

Well it wouldn't surprise me at all if he chose the same for you.
You keep proving more and more that the Spirit within you is of the Lord. No one talks like this. No one gets it. We are the Truly lucky ones!

2 Corinthians 12:8-9 NIV - "Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me. 9 But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me."

I just speak my heart and follow the flow of the spirit, there are many who call themselves Christian but there is a vast difference between a Christian by title and a Christian by heart

Exactly. First of all, I refer to them as "christians" . . . not Christians. See the difference?

Yeah sadly the term Christian is merely that a term it has no real value in these days as many take the title but when you get to know them they are anything but what a Christian is supposed to be.
Many do everything right but forget the most important thing=the relationship with God. I have been saved for nine years and even still I have that deep intimacy with him I fall head over heels for him and am still stunned at his radiance beauty and glory my heart beats and pulses my deep love and affection for him he hits me like a knife in my heart making me bleed my love for him.
Yet how many know this? How many can honestly speak the love they have with him? It is far and few in between, somewhere along the line we lose that passion and fire we lose that deep intimacy with him we forget how it feels to ache for him to hunger to know just a little more of him.

We need to remember what is whs like when we first came to him that child like love and affection with him we need to return to our first love. I have been saying that a lot lately because many seem to have forgetting the simple things we become so indepth in the meat of things that we see ourselves as mature and wise but have lost that intimacy we once had with him. And time is running out to regain that love, soon enough the book of revelation is going to unfold before our eyes and those who have this love with him will either be taken or be protected while chaos and horror runs rampant

People likely think that we're being rude and offensive in this kind of statement, but in reality, it is done out of care and concern. To refer to someone as a Brother or Sister when they're not actually saved is a massive, massive dis-service. It is a terrible thing to do, to allow someone to think of themselves in a way that is completely, and likely untrue. That said, I am not the master of Salvation, so I know that God is the One who decides such things.

These are the seeds who never Truly believe. The shallow message of God they received sounds good at first, but they were not taught the True Gospel, so how can a false gospel actually stick in their hearts? It can't. But those who have experienced the Raw, Almighty, Indwelling, Encapsulating Power of God . . . these are the ones who will, for certain, take root and grow. For, they have been planted into quality soil (God) where they receive proper water (the Spirit) and nutrients (the Bread of Life which is Christ) and Live. It is impossible for me to ever turn away from God. I will take a beheading before I deny the Lord. Experiencing God as I have . . . nothing will ever cause me to deny Him, for I could have died the day that He saved me. I nearly did! So if I realize that the Lord could have killed me years ago, then why would I deny Him now? Instead, He has extended my life since that day, thus each day is nothing but a day of thankfulness and gratitude. Each day I am thankful for life! There isn't one day that goes by when I am not thankful . . . even in my struggling and dying body. I am still thankful for the health that I have.

I love your final paragraph, Brother. I appreciate you. Enjoy this amazing day!!

You know you said you could see the spirit of GGod in what I say and you see when he leads me to I write poems I never know what I am going to write but once I start the words just pour out. I just finished writing one in a thread in the misc. section called a thread of Blains psalms I admit that the poem is not what I am used to it is very scary to write such things but the spirit just poured the words into my heart to write.
I think you are one of the people meant to read it I am not sure why exactly but if you would be so kind as to check it out I would like to know your thoughts on it it is the last one on the thread

Will do, but I don't see that it's been posted yet. Send me a link when you see it. I think that sometimes (because of "replication" between servers, some posts appear in some areas of the world when they don't in others. So, send that link! :D
