When comparing sausage....

Took a sausage patty I had made from scratch and one from McDonald's out of a biscuit.

Looking at them through a microscope and other visual inspections....
Even the brown spots in the Grey meat are painted with food coloring on the McDonald's patty. The spices are from essential oils instead of actual herbs and spices. The color otherwise was uniform and no discernible meat fibers. Meaning that this was likely made from animal protein but ammonia washed and processed gristle and skin.

The scratch made had chunks of white meat and a few Grey pieces with obvious specks of herbs and spices. The browning of the outside was clearly seared meat.

The flavor?

Scratch made is addictive because of the flavor. McDonald's? Meh. Salty and shallow flavor.
I could have told you that. The patties are dull gray before cooking. No way there is any meat in it.

Not exclusively.

For example:

Matthew chapter 15

[21] Then Jesus went thence, and departed into the coasts of Tyre and Sidon.
[22] And, behold, a woman of Canaan came out of the same coasts, and cried unto him, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, thou Son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil.
[23] But he answered her not a word. And his disciples came and besought him, saying, Send her away; for she crieth after us.
[24] But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
[25] Then came she and worshipped him, saying, Lord, help me.
[26] But he answered and said, It is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it to dogs.
[27] And she said, Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their masters' table.
[28] Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour.

I can assure you that Jesus wasn't calling this woman a lesbian.

That's a good point. I was meaning on your verses before in the reply.

Dogs will go to heaven if they are good dogs. Cats now, well, that's problematic. :)

Well, we know that one "cat", "the Lion of the tribe of Judah" (Rev. 5:5), is there.

Yes....different type of dog. The one Jesus referred to is a little pet dog. Most people today would be offended by his statement. She wasn't.

Actually, I have two cats, Tango and Sugar. They are generally well-behaved. It would be sad for me not to see them again so I'm sure that I will see them in heaven along with my little dog Yankee. His little tail will be wagging when he sees his daddy once again. We will have a good time then. :)

All dogs may not go to heaven, but if I saw Kitty-cat and Little-kitty again, I know I'd cry!

Revelation 22:14-15
14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.
Obviously, you're not a dog lover.

Those dogs are unholy abominations anyway. Basically cream-of-chitlins in a tube. They don't deserve to go to Heaven. :p

"Even veggie dogs?"

ESPECIALLY veggie dogs. All hot dogs are scraps pretending to be meat. Veggie dogs take the deception to the next level by making plant matter pretend to be animal matter.
Had some corn dogs last week. Lots of mustard made in palatable.

Giving the krout a rinse and then steeping it in some spice flavored stock....

Makes it really nice.

Ya might try 'Possom dogs sometime. Just drive around till ya see one lying on the side of the road. Take 'em home and clean 'em up, skin 'em, fillet 'em and add a wee bit of deer sausage and red onions and run through the grinder.

Mmmm...... 'possum dogs
