WHAT?
Well that is a new false reaching I have not heard before.
So the New Testament has false teachings? I’m not sure what you’re talking about exactly. Did you read Romans 6:3-5 and 1 Peter 3:21? It says water baptism saves through the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Yes hold on tight because the truth is coming. For those who hate the truth this will be difficult to accept.
As soon as you find it, go ahead and post. (hint: it is not what you have posted to date)

As I said to your buddy, NO ONE DISREGARDS OR THINKS WATER BAPTISM SHOULD NOT OCCUR

YOU LIE EVERY TIME YOU SAY THIS OR HINT AT IT

Both of you know full well you are not being truthful. It is amazing that you think to convince people how righteous you are, considering you use lies in your attempts at persuading others that you own the truth.

I can't wait to see what other gibberish you cough up. (sarcasim)
This post is so funny I came back a second time to read it. It stinks of desperation. Large font bold red letters? Seriously? LOL. And you called me a liar. Too funny. I see you can't defeat me with knowledge and information so you resort to slander and character defamation. You've lost!

A person can do a search here in the forum and find numerous threads started by wansvic always about the same itinerary and of course it is always wansvic and friends

Nothing new in this thread. However it seems the lies are becoming somewhat more aggressive.
this thread is tame, there have been far worse. He is just gathering more friends.

Anything but the blood. That is what has taken us out of the devil's kingdom and placed us in the Heavenly kingdom. It was blood the Israelites had to place on their door posts as the angel of death passed over and their first born males were saved.

I mean the Bible illustrates what is really going on and what has really happed to the point it is SHOUTED at us and some still want to apply water and they would have been missing their first born.
interesting. but so true.. there would be (will be) weeping and gnashing of teeth

Ah you don’t understand the New Testament. I never said water baptism is necessary for eternal life. Eternal life of the soul comes through faith in Christ alone, but resurrection comes through water baptism. The apostles were clear on that point in Romans 6 and 1 Peter 3. Start studying.

Your continual slander of my character won’t age well.
you just proved my point..

You believe no one will be in heaven UNLESS they are water baptised.

Don;t try to push the blame on me for YOUR SLANDEROUS LIES.

own up to them man. It would make you look better

once again..

rom 6 is spirit baptism, NOT WATER

and 1 peter is Peter telling us, Like the waters of the flood. which symbolises what truely saves, Baptism also symbolises what truely saves.

He made it clear to show that water baptism does not remove sin,m It is the answer of a good consious to God (like aboying any command is)

People aren’t resurrected in heaven. They are resurrected for the millennial kingdom and the new earth. I assure you, you’re the only slanderer here. You keep calling people a liar it’s called bearing false witness and it’s a sin.

Romans 6 is water baptism.

Rom 6:4 Therefore we have been buried with him through baptism into death, in order that just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so also we may live a new way of life.

Rom 6:5 For if we have become identified with him in the likeness of his death, certainly also we will be identified with him in the likeness of his resurrection,

Water baptism is a picture of going down into the water in order to have a symbolic burial. The rising up out of the water is like being resurrected. That’s what the likeness of His death is, but we don’t literally die and aren’t literally resurrected.

Really want to prove me wrong? Find a verse that says resurrection comes through faith in Christ. I’ll be waiting a long time I bet.

Ad hominin attack. How original  Are you saying that leftists cannot be saved?

Actually I fit into the Libertarian way of thinking. Also actually, neither of the other parties are worth voting for anymore

There you go....assessment wrong.
Anyone can be born again and eligible to be saved upon God's judgment.
Keep it in context. A problem leftist have.

To be baptized, there must be enough water and there must be another person to dunk you under the water.
If one is not present, then you will just end up in hell no matter how much faith you have.
Guess those people in the desert just have no hope.
My eternal life is not based on someone dunking me in water.
When a person hungers and thirsts after righteousness God is well able to make both water and a "dunker" available. Remember the eunuch and Cornelius stories? Water in the desert, and an angelic visitor with specific instructions to locate a dunker.

After dunking the Samaritans, God sent Philip to the eunuch traveling in the desert where he dunked him. Afterward God miraculously translated Philip on to his next assignment in Caesarea. (Acts 8:12-17, 8:26-40)

Consider Cornelius. God sent an angel who provided Cornelius with instructions to acquire a dunker. He commanded the group to be dunked in the name of the Lord. (Acts 10:47-48)

Acts 10:30-35
And Cornelius said, Four days ago I was fasting until this hour; and at the ninth hour I prayed in my house, and, behold, a man stood before me in bright clothing,
And said, Cornelius, thy prayer is heard, and thine alms are had in remembrance in the sight of God.
Send therefore to Joppa, and call hither Simon, whose surname is Peter; he is lodged in the house of one Simon a tanner by the sea side: who, when he cometh, shall speak unto thee.

Immediately therefore I sent to thee; and thou hast well done that thou art come. Now therefore are we all here present before God, to hear all things that are commanded thee of God.

Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons:
But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.

Acts 10:47-48
Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we?
And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord.

Seriously. Are you considering lying for a living? P. 16 here and many posts and you know people have posted scripture that shows your error. I guess you just need attention. :giggle:

You are calling God a liar.

Good luck with that one.

That is God's word;

Baptism is Required

Peter 3: 21.... whereunto even baptism doth also now save us...

John 3:5 .......Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

Acts 2;38-....Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Acts 22;16... And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord.

Galations 3:26...... For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.
27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.

KJV Marrk 16:16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

KJV Matthew 3:14... But John forbad him, saying, I have need to be baptized of thee, and comest thou to me? 15. Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now, for thus it becometh us to fulfil all rightesousness. Then He suffered Him.

KJV Matthew 28:19..... Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:.

Acts 8:12-18: But when they believed Philip as he preached the things concerning the kingdom of God and the name of Jesus Christ, both men and women were baptized.

Acts 19:4 And Paul said, “John baptized with the baptism of repentance, telling the people to believe in the one who was to come after him, that is, Jesus.”

John 3; 22 After these things came Jesus and his disciples into the land of Judaea; and there he tarried with them, and baptized.
23 And John also was baptizing in Aenon near to Salim, because there was much water there: and they came, and were baptized.

Quote from Billy Graham that is note worthy;
....Also, to clarify I did not say remission of sin takes place at repentance. Scripture makes it clear that it occurs upon obedience to water baptism in the name of the Lord Jesus. Each is a step of faith, along with receiving the Holy Ghost, in the process of one's spiritual rebirth

.."Paul explains the doctrinal significance of what occurs when one is baptized. His explanation is found in his letter to those who had already been obedient to the command.

Paul tells the Roman Christians what actually occurred when they were/are baptized; they were baptized into His death. Being buried with Jesus into His death resulted in their sin being destroyed.

Even though Paul explains this concept, the NEW AGE RELIGION TEACHING is......... that water baptism is nothing other than a mere public display.......... And that is so far removed from the truth.

Keep in mind that Satan knows if he can continue to perpetuate that lie ...... he can keep people from entering the kingdom of God. Thus He has proven scripture which says ...in the end times there will be ...great delusions.....they are here.

Conclusion....teaching that baptism is not necessary is violation of Rev. 22;19.... And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book. 20 He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. (Also two other books of the Bible).

I do study and have studied and will study and I do not listen to false teachers/prophets.

This is how I know that your teaching is false.

AGAIN, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THOSE HARD OF RETAINING WHAT OTHERS POST AND I GUESS FOR YOU ALSO, NO ONE HAS STATED BAPTISM SHOULD BE IGNORED. HOWEVER, WATER DOES NOT WASH AWAY SIN. ONLY THE BLOOD OF CHRIST SHED ON OUR BEHALF CLEANSES US FROM ALL SIN.
The shed blood of Jesus is what cleanses us from sin when a person believes and obeys the God-given command to be water baptized in the name of Lord.

Mark 1:2-4
John did baptize in the wilderness, and preach the baptism of repentance FOR the remission of sins.

Luke 1:76-77
And thou, child, shalt be called the prophet of the Highest: for thou shalt go before the face of the Lord to prepare his ways;
To give knowledge of salvation unto his people BY the remission of their sins,

Luke 3:3
And he came into all the country about Jordan, preaching the baptism of repentance FOR the remission of sins;

Luke 24:47
And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in his name among all nations, BEGINNING AT JERUSALEM.

Acts 2:38
Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the NAME of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Acts 10:43
To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins.

Acts 22:16 (Apostle Paul’s water baptism)
And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord.

Good luck with that one.
No just you. You do not speak in behalf of God. You think you do, but that is just another of your erroneous beliefs

It's sickening the way you accuse others here of calling God a liar simply because they disagree with your belief in water regeneration
